Altho my actual birthday is today, I was able to convene last night with some of the most amazing people on Earth — my friends — for a fun night of food and fun in celebration of turning one year older. We spent the night in downtown Los Angeles at Katsuya at LA Live where we supped on an AMAZING multi-course meal and then made our way to Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge also at LA Live for some bowling fun:

As you may or may not already know, Twilight star Robert Pattinson starred in a small indie film earlier this year titled Little Ashes where he played the eccentric genius and surrealist painter Salvador Dalí (we got our first look at R. Pattz as Dalí back in February). In Ashes, Dalí’s romantic relationship with poet Federico García Lorca is central to the storyline. Now, I have not yet been able to see the film myself but I have come upon a set of screencaps from the film that feature Pattinson standing nekkid before a mirror showing off a lot more than he has previously bared in his other films:

Pattinson fans who have yet to see the film may want to brace themselves for what’s to follow … altho you cannot see everything in the screencaps behind the cut, you can see quite a bit more than you’ve been able to see previously. Yesterday we saw photos of Madonna and her children — Lourdes Maria, Rocco John, David Banda and Chifundo Mercy James — boarding a private plane from Paris, France presumably to Maddy’s next Sticky & Sweet Tour concert stop in Belgium. But, before the fam hit the road, er, air … the kiddies spent a fun afternoon playing at the amusement park in la Jardin de Tuileries. Here are a few cute pics of the kids playing at Tuileries:

These have to be the cutest pics of Maddy’s kids yet. They all seem to be having an amazingly fun time … and the look on Mercy James’s cute little face really tells the tale here. She is incredibly beautiful … I love these photos. I’m sure it’s a bit difficult for the kids to be on the road with their mother (tho, on the other hand, they prolly love spending their Summer vacation touring the world) but it looks like there is a lot of playtime built into their schedule. These are fun pics, y’all. I love them :)

Last September actor Channing Tatum broke the hearts of many when he announced that he and longtime girlfriend Jenna Dewan had gotten engaged. Today we learn that the happy couple made their commitment official and tied the knot in a short wedding ceremony in Malibu, CA yesterday afternoon. Channing and Jenna got hitched, y’all:

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan tied the knot Saturday in Malibu, Usmagazine.com confirms. The stars said “I do” in a short, 15-minute ceremony on the grounds of Church Estates Vineyards, the same venue where Fergie and Josh Duhamel got married last January. More than 200 guests attended the nuptials, which began at 3:45 p.m. PST. A source tells Us Dewan’s maid of honor was Entourage star Emmanuelle Chriqui. Also in the bridal party was Tatum’s sister Paige and Haylie Duff, who was accompanied by the groom’s pal Nick Zano. The bridesmaids all wore light pink dresses. Beneath an altar covered in white, cream and pink roses, Dewan wore a white strapless dress with a sweetheart neckline and a long veil while Tatum wore a basic black suit. When it was time for their first kiss as husband and wife, the G.I. Joe star bent Dewan back and kissed her over his knee to cheers from the crowd, who were seated in white chairs on the lawn overlooking the ocean. The newlyweds then held hands as they walked out. Dewan, 28, and Tatum, 29, met on the set of their 2006 flick, Step Up. They were engaged last September. “They love each other so much,” Dewan’s father, Darryl, told Us in March. “We couldn’t be happier with Channing. He is an amazing guy.”

Aww … what a sweet ceremony. I love the part about how Channing bent his new bride back in a sweeping and romantic kiss … it totally sounds like something he would do. Much love and congrats goes out to the happy couple … may they live a long life together in happily wedded bliss!! It looks like it’s time to let go of the pining away for Mr. Tatum … he belongs to Jenna now — signed, sealed & delivered :)
