Last weekend we saw HOT photos of a speedoed David Beckham with his wife Victoria Beckham sunnin’ their buns in Seychelles Island for their 10 year anniversary. Today, we get to see photos of the PERFECT looking couple as they made their arrival in London’s Heathrow Airport after their 13-hour flight home … behold:

It’s a feat that eludes most mere mortals but Victoria Beckham managed to come off a long-haul flight last night looking positively pristine. Posh, accompanied by husband David, touched down at Heathrow in a crisp thigh-skimming little black dress, towering YSL Tribute pumps and oversized black sunglasses. She showed few signs of fatigue after the 13-hour flight, no doubt helped by a touch of first-class pampering. David, who kept it casual in jeans, a black cardigan and T-shirt, also looked relaxed and fresh faced despite not picking up much of a tan while on holiday. The couple are back in London after a romantic trip to the Seychelles where they celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary together. They left their three children with Victoria’s parents for the occasion and checked into a £2,000-a-night villa at an eco spa resort on a private island.

Ack! They look so damn perfect … if I didn’t love Becks so much, I’d really hate these two very much ;) I keed, I keed … Les Beckhams deffo deserve credit when they look so damn good together … and they do look so damn good together in these photos. It’s nice to have them back in civilization but I’m looking forward to their return to SoCal. Becks still has some unfinished biz to attend to here in LA … he needs to get his hot buns back here already.

Levi Johnston, the 19-year old dude who knocked up Bristol Palin and now wants to make a career for himself in Tinsel Town by changing his name to Johnny Hollywood, claims to know the real reason why Alaska Governor Sarah Palin decided to quit her job. As you may recall, Palin called a press conference late Friday afternoon (on the day before 4th of July weekend) to announce, without adequate explanation, that she would be quitting as governor of Alaska. According to Johnston, who lived with the Palin family last Winter and was privy to personal family conversations, the Palins need money and, apparently, her paycheck as governor isn’t enough anymore:

The former fiance of Gov. Sarah Palin’s 18-year-old daughter says he thinks he knows why the Alaska governor is resigning – concerns over money. Levi Johnston, 19, whose wedding to Bristol Palin was called off earlier this year, says he believes the governor is resigning over personal finances. Johnston says he lived with the Palin family from early December to the second week in January. He claims he heard the governor several times say how nice it would be to take advantage of the lucrative deals that were being offered, including a reality show and a book. “I think the big deal was the book. That was millions of dollars,” said Johnston, who has had a strained relationship with the family but now says things have improved. Palin has a book deal, but compensation details haven’t been disclosed. The governor has said she is facing more than $500,000 in legal fees. “It is interesting to learn Levi is working on a piece of fiction while honing his acting skills,” Palin family spokeswoman Meghan Stapleton said in an e-mail to The Associated Press. Johnston made his comments at a news conference Thursday at the office of his attorney, Rex Butler. Johnston came forward, Butler said, because Alaskans want to know why Palin has decided to resign. She made the announcement last Friday. Johnston also is pursuing his own book deal. He is working as a carpenter while also pursuing a movie deal.

Now, not that Levi Johnston is a bastion of truthful knowledge but his assertion that the Palins are after the big bucks does make sense. He lived with the family for quite some time while Bristol was pregs, so I absolutely believe that he was privy to this sort of family information. I think it makes sense that Sarah Palin would quit her responsibilities to the people of Alaska in order to ghost write a book that would make her millions. Depending on your feelings on Sarah Palin, you may or may not believe this assertion by Levi … to me, it makes sense and is very plausible. What do y’all think?

Paris Hilton, who has been spending some time in Dubai in the past few weeks filming a Middle Eastern version of her competitive reality TV series My New BFF, made her way to Miami, FL yesterday to defend her good name (well, what’s left of it) in open court. Paris has been sued by the financial investors who made her film Pledge This! who claim that she did not fulfill the parameters of her contract with them to promote the film. They want $8 million from her (the movie only cost $7.5 million to make). Here is a photo of Paris making her way into court yesterday and a court sketch of the heiress inside the courtroom. Later on today, Hilton will take the stand in her own defense:

It’s Paris Hilton’s turn to tell her side of the story in a lawsuit claiming she didn’t do enough to promote her 2006 sorority movie “Pledge This!” The 28-year-old heiress is scheduled to take the stand in her own defense Friday in a federal courtroom in Miami. The lawsuit brought by movie investors seeks more than $8 million. They claim Hilton reneged on a contract to promote the film, including its DVD release. They say she refused interviews and other promotional opportunities. Hilton contends she plugged the movie extensively and met the contract’s requirements. She says the producers made unreasonable demands for appearances when her schedule was full. The movie cost $7.5 million to make but earned only about $2.9 million.

On the one hand, I’d argue that a horrible film like Pledge This! was doomed for failure from the get go … but the investors do have a point. If Paris had used her annoying omnipresent celebrity to pimp out the film, it might’ve been more of a success. To be honest, I don’t even recall when the movie was made or released. If Paris had done her job, more people would’ve known about the movie and been able to make the conscious effort to not see the film for themselves … rather than not see the film cuz they never even heard of it. In any event, cases like these usually don’t take long for a ruling to be handed down. We should know very soon if Paris will be held liable for not upholding her end of her contractual agreement.

50 year old Madonna was spotted making a quiet exit from the Bercy Arena in Paris, France last night after putting on a vigorous performance of her Sticky & Sweet Tour in the City of Lights. But, unfortch, it looks like Maddy was nursing an injured ankle which may or may not be a big deal. To be honest, I’m less concerned about her injury (which may just be a bit swollen) and more mortified by her grandma slippers:

Madonna might not be ready to give up performing, but at 50 it’s clear that maybe she’s not quite as agile as she once was. The singer emerged from her concert in Paris with her ankle strapped up in a bandage and an ice pack in her hands. It seems the Material Girl’s high energy dance routines are taking their toll on the singer who earlier in the night was seen writhing around the stage in a mini skirt, wedge-heeled trainers and long socks. Dressed for speed in a dressing gown on top of her stage costume. Madonna looked spent as she limped out of the Bercy Arena in a pair of embroidered slippers after her Sticky & Sweet concert hit the French capital. The 50-year-old yoga devotee, who fanatically works out for three hours a day, is renowned for her high-impact routines. However, it looks as if it may be time to ease up on the pseudo-break dancing.

Aww … poor thing. I really hope her ankle is OK … but something tells me that Madge will be just fine. Again, I have to stress, tho, that I am just HORRIFIED that Madonna even owns a pair of slippers that look like this. I get that she needs to nurse her injured foot by wearing comfortable footwear but couldn’t she have worn footwear that doesn’t look like it was bought from the Olsen Mercantile on Little House on the Prairie? Madonna, get thee to a shoe store STAT … doesn’t Louis Vuitton make stylish slippers NOT for the elderly?
