Trent, no honours to the Great & Legendary Geoffrey Rush. He is pretty much one of the greatest actors of this time. With the likes of Meryl Streep & Jack Nicholson. Just to point out, he has done one better than them because he has won an Emmy, Oscar & now Tony Award – one of only few actors to do so. (Along with Screen Actors, BAFTA & Golden Globes).

He is also portrayed one of the most iconic pirates – Captain Barbossa in Pirates of the Caribbean.

I can’t believe i have to write this out for people to know!!! Long live Geoffrey Rush – probably the greatest Aussie actor to make it in Hollywood.

OMG I LOVE HIM!!!! Seriously it’s so not fair (for women of course) that he is gay… I am uber jealous of his boyfriend!! Now I have to go watch some How I Met Your Mother… :)
And Bret Michaels better heal up fast, I’m seeing him at the end of the month! lol

omfg- I just watched Brett Michaels get knocked down on his ass… You see the other guys RUN to get on that platform before the backdrop comes down and Brett is like 5 seconds too late because he’s busy being “MR. COOL”…. oh shit, that was funny. Poor, dorky, yucky guy. I bet that hurt. Has anyone seen him in the past several decades without something covering the top of his head? I’m seriously wondering what he’s got going on up there…. But in a way, I’m kinda scared to know…. He’s creepy in a Michael Jackson sort of way.

I second the recommendation for Hair – it was AMAZING! Lots of audience participation involved and a super fun surprise at the end. Definitely go see it next time you’re in NY!

Trent, I saw Hair when I was little and it was amazing! My parents always took me to all the Broadway shows that came through town. Though it was perhaps a touch inappropriate for my age (you’ll see what I mean, ha ha!) I was always so moved by the messages in it! If you get to see it let me know what you think!!

i LOVE NPH. Glad some people are finally realizing how awesomely funny (and straight up awesome) he is. Trent will you PLEASE watch HIMYM now? I know you’ve talked about people telling you to do it, but I don’t recall you saying you had….if he was in a show here I’d totally splurge on orchestra seats…I’m glad Billy Elliot won. I tried to get tickets when it first came out and it was sold out for months…now it’ll be even harder.

Hair is AMAZING. I highly recommend seeing it as soon as possible. And run, don’t walk to see God of Carnage. It’s a fantastic year on Broadway!
