From what some people told me, the Twilight leads accepted their awards IN CHARACTER the whooooole night. Thus, the clumsiness and whatever. My guess is they did that to build extra promo for their next movie and so to keep their rabid Twilight fans (who are the world’s worst film critics/voters) happy.

Ho hum. Can’t they understand?
Book = Nice premise, BADLY written.
Movie = Nice premise, BADLY done.

ah, usually i cant really stand kristen. although the speech wasnt as bad as i though. kinda endearing actually! for someone who hates the spotlight, she was probably dreading being up there. hell, id be scared!
but the movie SUUUUUUCKED. worst cinematography ever.

I personally LOVE the Twilight series BOOKS. But I fell in love with the movie because of Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. Have always found Kristen Stewart was just plonked in for some weird reason which I still cannot fathom. It looks like she has been spending WAAAAAY too much time with Robert though doesn’t it? The way she keeps fiddling with her hair reminds me of Robert and his non stop hair pushing during interviews and such. LOL. She does look like a train wreck though. Poor girl. NOT.

I’ve said it for a while now, the girl always looks like she just did a line or two in the bathroom. She acts like Tyrone Biggums from Dave Chappelle with all that twitching and itching.

As a professional actress, she needs to constantly be marketing herself, demonstrating she’s good to work with, loyal to her movies, and cares about what she’s doing. She never does any of these things. Even if she was worth her salt in acting, which she is not, as a director I STILL wouldn’t hire her for her poor public relations. If she’s like that to her fans, how is she going to be on set?

You would think the girl would be used to the attention by now. Her awkwardness is wearing thin. She should buck up and accept that this is her life now. If she can’t get used to it…welll…

by the way, everyone should read the book SPEAK, and then check out her made-for-tv-movie that she starred in. Same acting/different movie.

Um.. she was high as a kite y’all. We all know she’s a huge stoner, she doesn’t deny it. Rob probably was too considering how he had to stifle laughs when she dropped the award.

And personally… I think the show SUCKED. Andy samberg was NOT FUNNY. it was painful. the whole show was painful.

All this Kristen hating is pissing me off! … Not every actor is outgoing and a fame whore … For years Sean Penn couldn’t make a speech to save himself … being shy is awful – it’s made worse by people perceiving your shyness as being a spoilt B (or on drugs). Give Kristen a break.

Aw, I think she’s just nervous and awkward, not bratty! I was actually relieved that she was being a huge klutz and that she doesn’t take herself so seriously- she obvs doesn’t like the limelight like, oh lets say Miley Cyrus. She, to me, is a lot more hate worthy!

I really dont think she was stoned, if you have watched previous interviews with her, she always fidgets, and mumbles. She is just one of those celebs that wants to act, and doesn’t want all the crap that comes with it (appearances, interviews, etc)I have to agree wrong move with signing on to do Twilight

@ Nina, yea she should totally drop out of acting because she gets shy, nervous and “awkward” in front of large crowds. That’s brilliant advice.
She’s an actress not a public speaker!

She was cute and “normal”. Totally relatable. She handled the situation of accidently dropping the award way better than myself or anyone else for that matter.
