Robert Pattinson Films ‘Remember’ Me In NYC’s Central Park
Smokin', Chillin', Filmin'
Filming continues this week on the NYC set of the new film Remember Me which stars Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson … here are a few pics of R. Pattz on location in Central Park yesterday lookin’ all kinds of fine as he relaxed in between film takes:

These photos are really great, no question, but I’m not too keen on the pic of Rob seemingly putting out his cigarette on the bunny statue in the park. While I hope he is just patting his unlit cig on the statue, it really does look like he’s putting out the lit cigarette on the statue’s head. Let’s just assume the best and say he isn’t … In any event, new photos of R. Pattz are worthy of celebration, yes? Enjoy.

i find shots like this is when he looks best. when he doesnt have to stop and pose for the camera
If that’s what he’s doing, then he lost a few “cool points” in my book. He’s still pretty though.
Ok, I love Rob as much as the next person (and he does look good in these pictures, but why oh why do they ALWAYS make him wear those dorky sunglasses? He wore the same looking ones in Twilight and now here? Ick… why can’t they give him some cooler sunglasses? Ok mini rant over.
man oh man he sooo Gorgeous luv him <3 <3 <3
I agree Kaci, Pattinson is “pretty” ugly. You could land a 747 on that nose of his. If guys with asymmetrical faces and unkempt appearances are your thing, than Robert is your man. I stick with the true beauties of Hollywood.
Silvia, those sunglasses are called Wayfairers (sp?) and they are incredibly “in” nowadays. They are the sunglasses of choice for the hipster-set.
I think a trip through Williamsburg, Brooklyn could would be incredibly enlightening for you.
@Silvia: I think they are his personal glasses as well, so its not a case of them making him wear them.
You’re right Roxster, the ones in Twilight were his as well (probably the same ones?). They had him throw them on because the scene was too sunny.
… the things one learns from Directors Commentary.
i just don’t understand the appeal…. can someone please explain this dude to me????
i never read the twilight series, nor have i see the movies… i’m 27 years old and a little too old for “young adult” books, even though from what i’ve heard, the movie is a bit more intense. same thing with that harry potter… i just dont understand the appeal? this stuff is for young adults/kids… not adults in their mid 20′s.
yummy i love getting shots of people not paying attention to me. i had fun doing that on the english trip XD
Minnie,
I’ll try to explain to you since I’m not what you would call a raging Twilight fan, hopefully I won’t be too biased :). I just started reading the books about a month ago and will soon be reading the 4th. I’m 23 myself but know quite a few 30 year olds who love them, women of course. I think the books are fun because they are an extremely easy read (don’t hate me Twilighters but the writing isn’t that great). Reason 2, would be that a lot of people enjoy fantasy stories and well, vampires and warewolfs are pretty fantastical. Finally, the idea of forbidden love and having to chose between to different loves (love triangle). While the books are a little cheesy, yes, they are fun b/c well, we can’t all be reading Mark Twain all the time.
All in all, the story just has a lot of elements that intrigue a lot of people. Don’t hate on it until you read it. And I think Rob Pattinson is just collateral damage, he happens to portray the vampire that every 13 year old is in love with.
The picture of him putting out his cig butt on the bunny head is a part of the movie. They were filming when that happened LOL.
I know because I saw the pap video.
Hey Trent…the cigarette on the head is actually part of the movie. I don’t want to spoil anything, but let’s just say it’s part of the script.
These are great photos. I’m not a big fan but he looks great here. :)
