Also claims that Debbie Rowe is NOT the mother
A New Report Alleges That Michael Jackson Did NOT Father His Children

Holy shizz, y’all! Now … take the following information with a huge grain of salt, especially considering all the insane rumors flying around since Michael Jackson‘s death last Thursday … but considering this report comes from TMZ (the first outlet to report MJ‘s death hours before anyone else) it might have some weight. According to TMZ, sources close to the births of MJ‘s two oldest children with ex-wife Debbie RowePrince Michael Joseph Jackson and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson — claim that neither Michael nor Debbie are the biological parents of the kids! If this report is true, then it would explain so much about those children:

We’ve learned Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of his children. And Debbie Rowe is not the biological mother of the two kids she bore for Michael. All three children were conceived in vitro — outside the womb. Multiple sources deeply connected to the births tell us Michael was not the sperm donor for any of his kids. Debbie’s eggs were not used. She was merely the surrogate, and paid well for her services in the births of Michael Jr. and Paris. In the case of Prince Michael II (the youngest), we’re told the surrogate was never told of the identity of the “receiving parent” — Michael Jackson. Three days after Prince was born at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego County, Jackson’s lawyer came to the hospital to pick the baby up and deliver him to Michael. We do not know if Jackson chose the sperm or egg donors or if he even knew who they were. Although Rowe is not the biological mother, it’s not a slam dunk that she would lose a custody battle. This type of case has never been litigated in California courts. Since Rowe was married to Jackson when Michael Jr. and Paris were born, there’s a presumption that she’s the biological parent. That presumption can be rebutted by other evidence. We know there are documents outlining the whole arrangement for the birth of all three kids. Nonetheless, it’s still an open issue with the courts.

Holy MF SHIZZZZ!!!! Now, I realize that TMZ‘s sources may be completely wrong but … it would make so much sense if the children were not biologically borne of Michael Jackson or Debbie Rowe. None of the kids look AT ALL like MJ and Debbie has notoriously denied that the children “are hers”. She’s always said that the kids “belong to Michael Jackson” and that she is “not their mother”. US Weekly claims that MJ‘s dermatologist (and Debbie Rowe‘s former boss), Arnold Klein, is the biological father of the eldest MJ children. OMG! Of course this is still very speculative but the truth may, one day, come out. My guess is that either we’ll eventually learn everything surrounding the births of his children or we’ll never know anything. If the Jackson family has their way, my guess is that we’ll never find out the truth if, in fact, these allegations are true. But, in all honesty, I would not be surprised in the least if this report turns out to be the truth. I’ve had my suspicions all along about the paternity of MJ‘s children … but still … WOW! Thoughts?

UPDATE: OMG OMG!! Now TMZ reports that Michael Jackson never legally adopted any of his children!!!

We’ve learned Michael Jackson never adopted his three children, even though he’s not the biological father. We broke the story that neither Jackson nor Debbie Rowe are the biological parents of Michael Jr. and Paris. And Michael was not the biological parent of Prince Michael II either. Now here’s the rub. We’ve learned Jackson never filed legal papers to adopt any of his children. Legal experts tell us Jackson would be presumed the father but it’s not conclusive by any means. As for why Jackson didn’t formally adopt — we’re told at the time the kids were born there was no third party whom he believed would try and claim custody. For some reason, Jackson never thought Debbie Rowe would mount a custody challenge.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If MJ never legally adopted the kids then … does his mother Katherine Jackson have any claim on eventually winning guardianship of the kids? We know she filed paperwork here in California yesterday to take full custody of the children but if MJ neither biologically fathered NOR legally adopted the kids then … WTF?!

How long until the full truth comes out? Again I say … WOW!

The full ad campaign
Madonna For Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 09/10

Last Thursday we got our first look at the new Fall/Winter ad campaign for Louis Vuitton which features their newest celebrity spokesmodel Madonna. Today, we get to see the rest of the promo pics from the LV Fall/Winter 09/10 ad campaign … in all their Photoshopped glory:

As I mentioned last week (and is clearly evident in the photos), Maddy is rockin’ those fugly bunny ears that LV designer Marc Jacobs created for her to wear to the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala back in May … an accessory I could really do without. This new LV campaign was photographed by Steven Meisel and seems to have a “candy-coated” feel. After the jump, check out a couple more photos from Madonna‘s new Louis Vuitton ad campaign …

'This Is It'
Michael Jackson’s Final Performance

As was reported the day after Michael Jackson died, MJ ran thru a full dress rehearsal of his planned This Is It Tour concert performance at the Staples Center here in LA on the night before he passed away. It turns out that the dress rehearsals that took place before his death were recorded from multiple angles and were photographed extensively as part of MJ‘s deal with the concert promoter. The This Is It show was to be released as a live DVD/CD after the show finished its run (and may yet be released now that he has died). Here are a couple of the photos that were taken of Michael Jackson‘s concert performance at the Staples Center just two nights before he passed away:

These are the last pictures of Michael Jackson on stage, taken just two days before he died. The images of the singer hard at work rehearsing for upcoming tour This Is It give a glimpse of what was in store for fans at his planned gigs in London’s 02. Jackson was due to begin the first of 50 dates at the arena on July 13, but died on Thursday after being rushed to hospital in Los Angeles. In one of the newly-emerged images, taken on Tuesday at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles, the singer points towards the audience as backing dancers perform in front of a huge This Is It banner. Despite looking frail, the star strikes a familiar pose and appears to be in full flow during the rehearsal. In another photo, he smiles broadly, microphone in hand, dressed in a long shimmering mac over a top and trousers. More than 800,000 tickets costing up to £1,000 had been sold for the concerts at London’s O2 arena which were hailed as the most ‘expensive and technically advanced’ live shows ever. The concerts, which were due to start in two weeks’ time, had been expected to be the highest grossing pop production of all time. Hundreds of thousands of fans who bought tickets for the cancelled gigs have been told they will be entitled to a refund. Footage from Jackson’s final rehearsals is already being compiled for a DVD and album. The star is believed to have been filmed running through his songs and dance routines the day before he died. It is expected that when released this could become one of the star’s biggest selling works. It is understood filming took place last Wednesday during Jackson’s rehearsals at the Los Angeles Staples Centre for the 50-date This Is It tour. It remains unclear who has official ownership of the footage. A spokesman for concert promoter AEG declined to comment. It is expected that the star’s estate will make more money in the next year from his music than he did in the last decade of his life. The king of pop’s family will release a series of posthumous albums, starting this Christmas. It is understood Jackson wrote a number of songs for his three children, which were not to be released until after his death. There are also songs left over from his last album, Invincible, released in 2001. A tribute show is planned for September with Diana Ross, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Wonder and Barbra Streisand said to be in talks to appear.

Now, before y’all get all excited about news of these “posthumous albums” and this tribute concert, keep in mind that neither of these reports has been confirmed. We do know that AEG was planning to release a CD/DVD of his This Is It Tour performance but, again, now that he has passed away it remains to be seen if that will actually happen (but my gut tells me that it will).

Additionally, folks who purchased tickets for Michael Jackson‘s This Is It Tour are being referred to MichaelJacksonLive.com for ticket refund information starting July 1. The concert promoter is promising a full refund (including service fees) for folks who bought tickets thru authorized outlets BUT are also giving the option of allowing ticket holders to get hard copy tickets for the show (which never happened) in lieu of payment:

REFUND POLICY ANNOUNCED FOR MICHAEL JACKSON THIS IS IT TICKET HOLDERS

LONDON (June 30, 2009) – At this time of mourning for Michael Jackson, we are together in our sadness at the loss of one of the greatest entertainers ever.

“The world lost a kind soul who just happened to be the greatest entertainer the world has ever known,” said Randy Phillips, President & CEO, AEG Live. “Since he loved his fans in life, it is incumbent upon us to treat them with the same reverence and respect after his death.”

AEG Live (UK) Ltd, concert promoters, announced that full refunds will be available to fans who purchased tickets through authorised agents for any of the 50 Michael Jackson ‘This Is It’ concerts which were to take place at The O2 Arena in London.
These refunds will include all ticket service charges.

Ticket holders requiring information about receiving a full refund should go to www.michaeljacksonlive.com from Wednesday, July 1, 2009. The refunds will be processed by each of the authorised ticket agencies (e.g. Ticketmaster, Viagogo, See or Ticketline).
It was also announced that fans will have the option to be sent the actual tickets they would have received to attend the shows in lieu of the full refunds which are being offered.

The tickets printed with the special lenticular process, were inspired and designed by Michael Jackson for the fans attending his shows. Images of the specially created tickets will be seen on www.michaeljacksonlive.com.

The special offer to receive the actual tickets that the purchaser would have received to attend ‘This is It’ will remain valid thru 23:59 GMT, August 14, 2009.

David and I purchased tickets for MJ‘s This Is It Tour via Ticketmaster so we should be fine with our refunds … it sucks, tho, that if you want to keep your ticket you have to lose out on the cost of the ticket. It would be much cooler if AEG offered tickets to purchasers along with their refunds (at a nominal fee, of course). In any event, if this CD/DVD gets released, then fans may yet get to see MJ in action in his last performance ever … of course, AEG stands to recoup some of the money they lost upon MJ‘s death as well. Even in death, MJ‘s “life” is a bit of a circus. I hope he is able to rest in peace … some day.

Oh yeah, this is quite an upgrade for good ol’ Doug. I can’t say that the deal looks like a good one for the camel but … ah well.

Paris has also been spending time with some other animal friends:

Paris tweets: BFF’S ;) Dolphins rock! So sweet and intelligent

It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if she went from the dolphin tank to the sushi bar. Ah … that’s our Paris.

Kevin Federline Moves Into A New Home

Kevin Federline, who is making a lot of money these days by letting his ex-wife spend time with their children, has moved into a new home to share with his kids 50% of the time. Mind you, his children with Shar Jackson do not live with him … only the Spederline children do. Therefore, K-Fed felt he needed to spend some of his “hard-earned” money on a new domicile … behold:

As you can see, the Spederline children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, can be seen playing with friends in an over-sized inflatable swimming pool in their new backyard … after all, The Federline kinda has to spend some of his bank on his kids right? I wonder how much he spends on his children with Shar Jackson. HMMM. In any event, it looks like life is pretty good for Mr. Federline … wouldn’t you agree?

Meet Trevor Donovan
‘90210’ Announces Its Newest Castmember

Last March we learned that producers of The CW series 90210 felt that Dustin Milligan, who played Ethan Ward on the show, wasn’t exciting enough to keep on the show and earlier this month we got official confirmation that the Ethan character is out … and a new character named Teddy is in. Today, we learn that former Abercrombie & Fitch model and Days of our Lives actor Trevor Donovan has been cast in the role of Teddy. What say we meet this newly cast lad, shall we?

No disrespect to Dustin Milligan, but, um, er… Ethan who? 90210 has tapped Abercrombie & Fitch model-turned-soap star Trevor Donovan to fill the show’s “golden boy” vacancy, sources confirm to me exclusively. The genetically blessed Donovan, who channeled Days of Our Lives bad boy Jeremy Horton for four months in 2007, will play Teddy, West Beverly’s own version of JFK Jr. Gorgeous, smart, athletic, charming, and naturally confident, Teddy has the unique ability to make any girl feel like she’s the most beautiful person in the room. And any guy like he’s a cross between Shrek and Jiminy Glick. Donovan, whose 90210 gig is described as heavily recurring, will debut early on in the show’s upcoming second season.

Um … yeah. I liked Dustin Milligan too but I think I could come to like Trevor Donovan a lot more. As the article mentions, Trevor used to be an A&F model and you know what that means :) After the jump, check out a few NSFW photos of Trevor Donovan modeling for Abercrombie & Fitch while wearing no Abercrombie & Fitch clothing at all …

Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the birth of the gay rights movement
The 2009 NYC Pride Parade

June is Gay Pride Month and all month long cities around the world have been throwing Pride celebrations to mark the 40th anniversary of the Stonewall Riot which gave birth to the Gay Rights Movement in this country. NYC hosted their Pride Parade this weekend and, by all accounts, really threw a great party. Here are some photos from this weekend’s Pride Parade in New York City:

Decades after a riot at a Greenwich Village bar sparked a movement for equal rights, gay New Yorkers celebrated their gains at Sunday’s gay pride parade and lamented the state has not legalized same-sex marriage. The annual march down Fifth Avenue commemorated the Stonewall rebellion of 40 years ago, when patrons at a gay bar resisted the police. The several days of disturbances that followed the uprising became one of the defining moments of the gay rights movement. The celebration was tempered by the knowledge that other states, including Massachusetts, Connecticut and Iowa, have legalized same-sex marriage before New York. “Hopes and dreams and expectations have been raised, and there is nothing worse than to for people to have their hopes die out, to have the rug pulled out from under them,” said City Council Speaker Christine Quinn, New York City’s most prominent openly gay elected official. Gov. David Paterson said he remains hopeful that the state Senate will pass a same-sex marriage bill — if it can resolve the partisan stalemate that has paralyzed it. “If we have an end to the stalemate in Albany I would think that it would be passed shortly after,” he said, referring to the state capital. “We believe we can pass the bill.” This year’s march featured the usual mix of seasoned activists, dazzling drag performers and floats blasting disco beats. A faux Liza Minnelli in a slinky dress and spiky wig lip-synched New York, New York atop the Stonewall Inn float. The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center’s float was sponsored by the Broadway musical Shrek, whose ogres-need-love-too message was apparently a good fit. Flavia Rando marched with the Gay Liberation Front, which began in 1969 after the Stonewall uprising. “It feels like we changed the world,” Rando said. “We started a global movement.” In addition to Paterson, one of the parade’s grand marshals, elected officials marching included Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Sen. Charles Schumer. Parade organizers claimed as many as 500,000 participants. That number was difficult to verify, but many thousands marched or lined Fifth Avenue to watch. Spectator Mark Jester of Maryland, visiting New York for the first time, said the parade was “awesome,” especially the drag queens. “I have a lot of respect, because if I would do that at home I literally would have to fight,” he said. Danielle Staub of the Bravo reality show The Real Housewives Of New Jersey marched in heels that rivaled a drag queen’s and said gay people deserve the right to marry. “My two marriages didn’t last as long as most of the gay community’s partnerships,” she noted. As part of the year-long celebration of the 400th anniversary of the Dutch encounter with New York, Amsterdam officials held a contest for couples to marry in that city, where same-sex marriage has been legal since 2001. The winners, five couples with one Dutch partner and one American partner, will travel to Amsterdam for its August gay pride celebration and get married there. “We kept saying we were going to do it here once it was legal in New York state,” said contest winner Stephan Hengst, who was born in the Netherlands and now lives in Highland, New York, with his partner Patrick Decker. “We hope to see it become legal in New York very soon.”

We really have come a long way, baby. Altho there is still a long way to go for members of the GLBT community to enjoy equal rights in all areas (including marriage) in this country, there is MUCH to celebrate and be PROUD of this year. 4 States have legalized same-sex marriage in this country this year alone and we’re only halfway thru 2009. They join Massachusetts and Connecticut who legalized the practice previously. The tide of true freedom for all is coming our way … I’d say that’s a great reason to celebrate.

The 'Gossip' gang gets back to work
‘Gossip Girl’ Begins Production On Season 3

Here are a few pics from the NYC set of Gossip Girl which went into filming production of its third season earlier today. Leighton Meester, Ed Westwick, Blake Lively and Chace Crawford were all spotted in Gramercy Park today gettin’ back to work on their hit CW TV series … behold:

Leighton, who we saw earlier today in the new Cobra Starship music video Good Girls Go Bad, is lookin’ very fresh-faced in these photos. It really looks like the memory of her leaked sex tape is but a thing of the past. Ed, who celebrated his birthday with girlfriend and GG co-star Jessica Szohr over the weekend, was lookin’ mighty smart in his snazzy suspenders. Blake Lively was lookin’ a hot mess but, in her defense, it looks like she had yet to hit the make-up trailer. Chace Crawford looks his usual perfection. Ah … it’s good to see the GG kids back in action. While some of us will be enjoying a Summer vacay, these folks are just getting back to work. I’m sure we’ll be seeing much more from the set of Gossip Girl in the weeks and months to come.

The TV Guide
The 2nd Annual Friendiversary

This weekend my really good friends, Kirsten & Darion, and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary as friends and we decided to make our weekly Sunday night hang out session a celebration of our friendship. We met up for dinner together at Baby Blues BBQ for some amazing grub …

… before making our way to the Lemmle Theater to see a Norwegian film called DØD SNØ or Dead Snow in English. I had heard about this comedy/horror film that features a group of young folks being terrorized by Nazi zombies and I knew it was a movie that we had to see together:

People, the movie is absolutely brills. It’s very much a modern take on Evil Dead (which even gets a shout-out in the film) but set in the snowcapped mountains rather than the Michigan wilderness. The movie is cheesy, funny and a bit scary. It’s all kinds of ridiculous and I cannot endorse the film more! See it … you will love it! Except for the questionable scene in the outhouse (if you see the flick, you’ll know what I mean), I loved every single second of this movie. Head over to DeadSnow.com to check out the trailer … trust me, you will love.

The rest of the night was pretty chill, David and I watched True Blood (yes, it was a bloody night for us) and then called it a night. No plans for today just yet but … I think I might hear the pool calling my name … HMMMMM.
