Miley Cyrus took some time away from her bizzy filming schedule in Savannah, GA this weekend to fly off to Dallas, TX for a surprise performance at the Jonas Brothers concert there last night. Miley shocked the audience when she emerged on stage with her (once again) boyfriend Nick Jonas as the pair dueted on the song Before the Storm which they wrote together for the new Jonas album:
If there was any lingering doubt that Niley are back together together then this should erase all notion of that. In what can only be described as the latest blow to poor ex-manfriend Justin Gaston, this impromptu duet seems proof positive that the young lovers are back in lurve. For some reason, this relationship seems so odd. Miley may be 16 years old but she’s already more experienced than most girls her age. Nick seems just like any other innocent teenage guy at his age ( a little more innocent than the average ) and when you put the two together it just seems weird. Nick seems to be mature for his age but still. She’s going to corrupt him!

I hope he tames her a bit! I think she was a bit out of control (with a much older man and sleep over- hello sex!) I just hopes she starts acting her age and re focuses back on acting and what not!

I”m not a concert expert, I’ve only been to one and that was Red Hot Chili Peppers some 5 yrs ago. But what I noticed from this clip was that it appeared like they were actually singing live. I’ve noticed from other concerts that I’ve seen the clips of, that it’s totally lip synced. I don’t know about other people, but if I would spend the money to go to a concert, I want to actually hear the people sing. Otherwise, might as well watch their music videos at home and call it a day or am I missing something here on the perks of going to a concert just to listen to lip syncing?
They are the new Justin and Britney of this generation, imo.

@Ash: While I’m sure they did sleep together, it’s not unheard of for a couple to have sleepovers or even live together without having sex. My youngest aunt and her husband lived together for years before getting married, and she was a virgin on their wedding night. And not even a “technical virgin” either!
@Gabi: I didn’t watch the clip, I have no desire to hear or see Miley Cyrus or The Jonas Brothers perform, but it IS nice to hear that they appeared to be singing for real. I’ve personally never been to a show where there was lip-synching, but this tends to be more common with pop bands/artists, particularly ones that don’t play instruments. The Chilis (who are great live) certainly aren’t in that league.

this is the first time i’ve ever listened to a single song by either miley or the jonas brothers b/c it’s just really really really not my thing, but i think they’re really cute. i’m glad they’re in an age appropriate relationship :)
(and i think it’s kinda wrong when people make certain comments about miley cuz she’s 16, speculation on her chastity or lack thereof is inappropriate imo)
Anyone been reading Miley’s twitter lately? Every other post is about “Nick” or someone who she “misses”. That’s all she talks about is how much she misses someone.. never says the name but not hard to figure out!
I totally thought there was some dude with curly hair and a black t-shirt who was storming the stage. My bad…I’m not up on the Jonas Brothers.
