lucky, the fact of the matter is she’s recognising something that a lot of hollywood women either do not want to admit to themselves or others – that women in hollywood ARE treated like a commodity. at least megan admits it! and the fact she decides to embrace it can be said to be “feminist” as feminism in essence is about a woman’s freedom of choice. not all “feminists” are the stereotype put out there.

also, she never said her mother encouraged her to parade around in a bikini for a movie. she simply said her mother was present. im betting anything there’s no stopping mega once she makes up her mind, so her mother was probably there to supervise. thats better than her not knowing or not being around! i wouldnt let MY daughter do it, but its better than nothing.

usually, i find megan fox incredibly annoying, but i must admit – i really enjoyed reading this interview. she seems honest and frank, so good for her!

WTF? “That’s what our purpose is in this business. You’re merchandised, you’re a product. You’re sold and it’s based on sex. But that’s okay. I think women should be empowered by that, not degraded.” Yeah, sounds like a real feminist to me! Is she really THAT dense that she doesn’t get that she’s being treated like a piece of meat? It’s just sad that she’s apparently decided that’s the only way she’s going to be empowered. But then again, this is from a woman who’s own mother encouraged her to writhe around in a bikini on camera at fifteen. I’m just saying… something ain’t right there!

Uber…ugh. I think she sounds like a kid most of the time. She’s beautiful, of course, but I was kind of surprised when I saw her after hearing all the raving- to me, she looks angry and like she’s got icky vibes. And UBER cheesy tattoos..

Usually in her interviews she feels like she’s trying too hard to come across older, wiser, more intelligent and interesting than she possibly is. But this interview was actually pretty decent. Seemed genuine and made me laugh. Mayhaps I shouldn’t totally write this one off…

now if only some could get over their jealousy long enough to appreciate an evidently witty, intelligent and beautiful human being, women would come to realize that appreciating other women who possess qualities we lack feels a hell of a lot better than tearing them down.

Honestly, I love her. She seems like an awesome chick. She clearly doesn’t really give a ***k so she kind of gives off that vibe in this interview like… why should WE care? as in, why should we care that people try to make her into this cocky b**ch or something.

This is my fave interview of hers. She’s still absolutely the most gorgeous woman on the planet. My opinion of gorgeous male… Charlie Hunnam or/and Bradley Cooper (so hot).
