The worst movie I have seen, so far, was The Spirit which was released during the Holiday season. It was atrocious and made absolutely no sense. The Transformers, with its thin storyline, was far from The Spirit as well as The Avengers, another stinker from years ago with Uma & Ralph. I understand what is bad about it but I don’t care. I love me some Optimus and my inner child rejoices that such a movie is possible in this day of CGI, etc.
I have to admit–I’m not a very discerning movie goer. I went into Transformers 2 expecting to be really disappointed, but I thought it was great. The only part I could have lived without were the “robots up in the sky” at the end (don’t want it to be spoiler-y!). It wasn’t the most original plot, but really I expected 3 things.
1) Awesome CGI (Check)
2) Megan Fox running (Check)
3) That hilarious mom being killer funny (Check)
So in the end, I got what I paid for. AND Devastator was more awesome than I guessed. So actually maybe I got (oh man shoot me now I can’t believe I’m going here)…more than meets the eye.
oooh I hope that dude is Anderson Cooper’s “man”. He’s HOT!! & that would be awesome if they turned those concerts into tribute concerts!!
oh & @Cait – I felt the same way. Didn’t expect transformers 2 to be the best movie ever… so I wasn’t way disappointed!
Wait so now Debbie Rowe says those kids aren’t his… yet if he was alive she would have no problems letting him to continue having custody of them… right because that makes total sense!
@Michelle — the interview has not been confirmed by any other newssource, take it with a grain of salt.
I caught Living with Michael Jackson last night….Um….yeah…he was really, really weird.
Dateline on NBC tonight, 6/29, will be airing the Martin Bashir interview with Michael Jackson.
I read the “interview” with Debbie Rowe was false…she never said any of those things….giant rock of salt taken.
Whether or not Michael was their biological father or not….he was their dad. At least she hasn’t spoken out that SHE wants them at this point so maybe Debbie will stay out of it.
Um. . . where are these nude pics of Josh Duhamel?!?!?!?!
@Albert — Seriously? You haven’t seen the NSFW pics? http://www.omgblog.com/2009/03.....l.php#more
What exactly is the point of reairing an interview that was obviously not flattering to Michael Jackson? Look, we all get it. He was really weird. And quite possibly a child molester. But the guy was also a big part of some of our childhoods. And now he’s dead. It’s time to let it go and let him and his family rest in whatever peace that they can get. We can remember him for what he was to each of us and move on.
That Confederation Cup game was SO good! It was so fast paced for probably 80% of the game! Then the US just started to look tired..Even with their loss, I couldn’t be more proud of our boys! They beat the #1 ranked team in the world to get to the Finals and totally held their own against Brazil..Not too shabby..I can’t wait for World Cup!!
hahahlolol That kiss was AWESOME. Sometimes Al Rocker is funny as hell.
Everyone-
Regarding the “Living with Michael Jackson” interview, you should also watch the “Living with Michael Jackson, Take 2″ version- it’s on YouTube. An assistant of Michael’s had another camera running the entire time, so it shows the footage that was edited out, and it exposes Bashir’s own shadiness. A much more accurate and unbiased account!
That UK Journalist Bashir needs to go away. I hope his family is barring this from re-airing. I think once is enough.
