Heidi Montag Hospitalized In Costa Rica
US Weekly is reporting that Heidi Montag, who — with her hubby Spencer Pratt — has been trying to quit and then unquit the competitive reality TV series I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! which is currently filming in the jungle of Costa Rica, has been admitted to the hospital due to an undisclosed illness/injury:
Hills star Heidi Pratt has been rushed to a Costa Rican hospital with an undisclosed medical emergency, Usmagazine.com has learned exclusively. Pratt’s husband, Spencer — who is competing with his wife on NBC’s I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here — is traveling with her to the hospital, a source in Costa Rica confirms. No further details have been made available as to the specifics of Heidi’s condition or what it means for the series. NBC could not be reached for comment.
HMMM … could this be just the latest attempt by Speidi to steal some of the attention from the show to themselves or could she really have been injured? OK! magazine reports that she’s been infected … but with what, they did not say. I suppose it’s possible that Heidi could’ve suffered an injury while sitting around doing nothing in Costa Rica … but, you’ll pardon me for being skeptical. I hope she’s not dead … do you?

Im thinking they were going to loose a lot of money by breaking contract and quiting, so this is a last ditch effort to remain in contract since they were not being let back on. Just a guess though.

I don’t want to wish anyone dead but maybe this mysterious illness could take her ability to speak away permenently? Then she wouldn’t have a singing career which means we wouldn’t have to endure anymore homemade music videos.

WOW…I’m not Heidi’s BIGGEST fan, but I don’t think she’s that bad and I truly hope she’s alright….how people feel about her should be put aside right now, and they should be praying for her that it’s nothing serious…she IS still human after all…

I really and truly cannot STAND Heidi (or Spencer, for that matter). That being said, I wouldn’t wish serious illness or the likes on anyone. I do wish, however, that she’d stop being such an attention whore and leave us all alone.

Have any of you seen the ABC show, “Wipeout”? I laugh myself silly every time I watch it – I used to watch Spike TV when they had an Asian version of it going. It too was hilarious… more so because of the English speaking “dubbing” that was NOT an actual translational of what the real hosts were saying. DAMN! I wish I could remember what it was called…

I don’t wish death upon them, but I also wouldn’t be heartbroken if something did happen to them. They are pretty much useless humans, who wormed their way into being “celebrities”.
They are just doing this shit to keep themselves in the news, since no one really cared. I bet the network is milking for publicity as well.

To *Libby* – I think so… I remember it was always listed in my TV Guide & the show’s opening credits by 3 letters… Had 2 hosts (1 smart, 1 dumb); the “General”, who always said: Lets get it on!; “Guy” {french 1st name pronunciation}, who would *flirt* with the contestants & 3-4 “bad guys”, who’s job it was NOT to let anyone finish the courses… Is that EEC?
