Carrie Prejean Loses Her Miss California USA Crown After All
Just about a month ago Donald Trump called a huge press conference to announce to the world that Carrie Prejean would be allowed to keep her Miss California USA crown in light of the topless photos scandal that plagued the beauty queen in recent weeks. But that was then … this is now and the Donald has had a change of heart. Citing Prejean’s inability to fulfill the requirements necessary to reign as Miss California USA, Trump has decided to strip away the crown … Carrie Prejean is fired and Tami Farrell will be elevated as the new Miss California USA:
We’ve learned “biblically correct” Carrie Prejean will lose her Miss California USA crown today because she doesn’t play well with others. Sources connected with the pageant tell us even Donald Trump has now had it with Carrie, because she’s violating her contract by not getting clearance to do her extracurricular stuff. We’re also told Carrie has been a no-show for appearances she was supposed to make for the pageant organization. The firing, we’re told, is strictly based on Carrie breaching her contract. It’s not based on her political and moral views. Carrie is getting her walking papers this afternoon. The new Miss California USA will be Miss Malibu Tami Farrell … Donald Trump just told TMZ he gave the green light to fire “biblically correct” Carrie Prejean’s award-winning butt because she just wouldn’t do the job and treated people badly. Trump told us Carrie refused to appear at around 30 events on behalf of Miss California USA. He says Prejean was contractually bound to appear and she just wouldn’t do it. He doesn’t think her attitude has anything to do with her politics. Trump said: “To me she was the sweetest thing. Everyone else — she treated like shit.”
Thank Jebus … now mebbe this whole matter can go away once and for all. Carrie Prejean’s holier than thou attitude never really jibbed with her beauty queen persona so I couldn’t understand why she’d want to engage in a beauty contest in the first place. It seemed to me that once she gained notoriety from her remarks in the pageant and became something of an evangelical superstar, she no longer really had any interest in representing the Miss California USA organization. From the sound of her behavior in the past month, it appears that Donald Trump has had enough. I, too, have had enough. Now Prejean is free to pose as topless as she wants to, whenever she wants to. Praise the Lord!

Seems to me that either they were looking for a way to can her and did it so it wouldn’t look like it was for her “views”…….or she is a feckless person who should have never have won the title in the first place. Either way……..good deal!

Bottom line, the only reason anybody cares is because she’s against gay marriage. I thought Trump was going to stand up for her, but I guessing rather than get “fed up with her behavior” he caved in to pressure. What I think is interesting is that while liberals claim to hate hypocrisy more than anything they’re the biggest hypocrites of all. Bill Clinton gets a blowjob in the Oval Office then commits perjury and that’s okay but oh no, Miss California posed naked! She violated her contract! But, I guess people who they disagree with are held to a different standard.

@ JJ – no, i don’t care that she’s against gay marraige. i’m bisexual myself and don’t agree with her views at all but i understand that everyone has an opinion. this isn’t about her views on gay marraige (well, it may be for some people.) this is about the fact that she violated her contract, BLATANTLY violated it by LYING to the pagaent directors about the pictures. a liar is not a role model. a liar does not deserve to be crowned queen. and then, by keeping her, it was as though trump was telling us “welllll ya know…. she’s HOT come onnnn she can keep the crown.” basically saying it’s okay to lie, as long as you’re pretty.
personally, she should’ve gotten canned a long ass time ago for the pictures and not because “she didn’t make appearances” (but which is also a good reason to fire her). she deserved to get fired for the pictures but my opinion is that donald trump liked ogling her goodies, and now that a month has passed and she’s old news, he decided he could go ahead and fire her since he was done with her.

i think this carrie chick is a narrow minded idiot who now thanks to all this media attention will be around for some time to come. i don’t care that she was fired, really. don’t let the doorknob it ya… if she was in breech of contract, adios. i must say, however, while i don’t agree with her view in any way, shape, or form, you have to give her some props for being honest and stating for the record how she feels and not pandering to what is pc and what would get her the crown. don’t get me wrong she is a moron and has no sense of tollerance, equality, or basic human rights. but at least she stands behind her backwards beliefs whether the masses agree with her or not.

What was even funnier is that she did not learn of her firing until she was on some radio show and host informed her that she was fired. Essentially, her response was like “for realz?” Love it!

JJ- Bill Clinton was in trouble because he LIED while under oath about the bj, not because he actually got a blow job! And Carrie was in trouble because she stated, under contract, that she did not have indecent photographs and that if they did ever see the light of day, she would be canned. And Trump looked past all that, gave her a second chance, and she blew it! Fox news has the emails to prove that she was being uncooperative and hostile, not to mention all the events she choose not to attend! If this did have to do with politics, she would have been canned the first time she got in trouble! This has nothing to do with “liberals” or “conservatives” and more about a business contract that went sour. Side note- Anyone who claims to be conservative and biblically correct but also takes raunchy photographs and has proven over and over to be a liar should rethink calling themselves a conservative.

I’m studying for the CA bar, and I feel like it’s my duty to correct your assumption. Clinton got indicted by the House for perjury, but was never convicted of perjury by the Senate. Innocent ’til proven guilty…
As for violating the contract, it’s plain and simple. You either violate it or you don’t. It’s not like crim law where it’s a bit more nebulous to see if “beyond reasonable doubt”, you’re guilty of the crime or not.

You know that’s what I love about the Donald… as a boss the man just keeps you on your toes… That chick was truely starting to get on my nerves, always popping up somewhere in the media for her “I’m so religious I should be a saint attitude” and yet was popping up all over tabloids because she also liked to pose topless… yes because I’m soo sure that those in the Bible Belt who are ultra conservative just loved knowing that their greatest star had some interesting ways of making money. Sorry, `holier than thou attitude’? She was asked a question: she answered truthfully, and according to her inquisitor (Mario or Perez or whatever), this is what lost her the crown.
The `holier than thou’ attitude belongs to this Mario disgrace, and the others who should’ve been in her corner – Shannon Mookler or whatever – and instead, decided to denounce her.
I had to laugh, when this Mookler and other beauty contestants made a PSA in which they urged people to `speak tolerantly’ or `don’t disrespect’ others; it was obviously a veiled jib at Prejean.
the only person who was disrespected in this whole affair was Carrie Prejean – called a `bitch’ by everyone from Mario on down. Prejean, I noticed, desisted from name-calling at all.
It is, of course, she is who is the class act. Donald Trump, I haven’t been able to stand for twenty years; Shannon Mookler, famous for another four minutes of her alloted fifteen, I’m sure; and Mario Perez, well, his appearance just speaks for himself: ugly, ugly, ugly.

She lost her crown because she chose to ignore the contract that she signed. In REAL LIFE, if you don’t do your job, you get fired. After she answered the question, she still had a job. That had nothing to do with her loosing the crown. She lost the crown because of her “holier than thou attitude”. ATTITUDE being the key word. PERIOD.
