Are Lauren Conrad & Kyle Howard Gettin’ Hitched?
Now, take this bit of info with a grain of salt but Star magazine is reporting that Lauren LC Conrad has accepted actor boyfriend Kyle Howard’s marriage proposal. The mag reports that now that LC is freed up from her responsibilities on The Hills, Howard jumped at the chance to ask for her hand in marriage … which she, reportedly, quickly accepted. Could LC and Kyle really be gettin’ hitched?
Now that Lauren Conrad is off “The Hills,” Star reports, her boyfriend, Kyle Howard, has proposed, and “Lauren barely let him get the words out before she said yes.” Not least because she wanted to get engaged at the very moment that Heidi Montag was vomiting in the Costa Rican jungle.
Aww … while this is a sweet story, I have huge doubts that there is any validity to it at all. LC strikes me as a very level-headed person and the notion that she would get married at this point in her life seems unlikely to me. And, let’s be real here … Star magazine is not really a bastion of reliable news reporting. Even still … I can only imagine what kind of lavish wedding that LC would have if she really were to get hitched. I’m fairly certain it would be the kind of wedding that would blow the Speidi ceremony out of the water. And I’d bet hard cash that LC would not be inviting the Pratts to her nuptials. But … alas … I fear this rumor is merely just that … a rumor. Let’s hold off on the wedding gifts for now.

I can see it happening. Lauren seemed very happy with the fact that she had no idea where her life was headed to after she finished The Hills, and getting engaged seems like something very unexpected. And the fact that she loves her boyfriend enough to quit a show paying her so much money, b/c you know he was a big reason for her to quit the show.

They’re a cute couple. Whether they marry or not, it’s just great to see Lauren finally with a good guy who makes her happy.

Part of me would love the news to be true because I think that they make an adorable couple. But, if it was really true I highly doubt that Star Magazine would be the first to break the story. They have been so successful keeping their relationship under wraps and I doubt that they would let big new like this leak out.
My biggest question is who makes up this stuff? Someone has way too much time on their hands!

Her boyfriend is homely looking, but seems to be a good guy. LC strikes me as the type of girl to value substance over style, when it comes to relationships. They seem to be enamored with one another, so this has all the hallmarks of being an enduring relationship.

Yes, she’s way too good for him! He isn’t all that great looking but he may be a good person or nice or donate money in those weird jars in grocery stars for puppies or some shit but we all secretly know the cashier is jacking that shit. Who knows!
