A New Report Alleges That Michael Jackson Did NOT Father His Children
Holy shizz, y’all! Now … take the following information with a huge grain of salt, especially considering all the insane rumors flying around since Michael Jackson’s death last Thursday … but considering this report comes from TMZ (the first outlet to report MJ’s death hours before anyone else) it might have some weight. According to TMZ, sources close to the births of MJ’s two oldest children with ex-wife Debbie Rowe — Prince Michael Joseph Jackson and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson — claim that neither Michael nor Debbie are the biological parents of the kids! If this report is true, then it would explain so much about those children:
We’ve learned Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of his children. And Debbie Rowe is not the biological mother of the two kids she bore for Michael. All three children were conceived in vitro — outside the womb. Multiple sources deeply connected to the births tell us Michael was not the sperm donor for any of his kids. Debbie’s eggs were not used. She was merely the surrogate, and paid well for her services in the births of Michael Jr. and Paris. In the case of Prince Michael II (the youngest), we’re told the surrogate was never told of the identity of the “receiving parent” — Michael Jackson. Three days after Prince was born at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego County, Jackson’s lawyer came to the hospital to pick the baby up and deliver him to Michael. We do not know if Jackson chose the sperm or egg donors or if he even knew who they were. Although Rowe is not the biological mother, it’s not a slam dunk that she would lose a custody battle. This type of case has never been litigated in California courts. Since Rowe was married to Jackson when Michael Jr. and Paris were born, there’s a presumption that she’s the biological parent. That presumption can be rebutted by other evidence. We know there are documents outlining the whole arrangement for the birth of all three kids. Nonetheless, it’s still an open issue with the courts.
Holy MF SHIZZZZ!!!! Now, I realize that TMZ’s sources may be completely wrong but … it would make so much sense if the children were not biologically borne of Michael Jackson or Debbie Rowe. None of the kids look AT ALL like MJ and Debbie has notoriously denied that the children “are hers”. She’s always said that the kids “belong to Michael Jackson” and that she is “not their mother”. US Weekly claims that MJ’s dermatologist (and Debbie Rowe’s former boss), Arnold Klein, is the biological father of the eldest MJ children. OMG! Of course this is still very speculative but the truth may, one day, come out. My guess is that either we’ll eventually learn everything surrounding the births of his children or we’ll never know anything. If the Jackson family has their way, my guess is that we’ll never find out the truth if, in fact, these allegations are true. But, in all honesty, I would not be surprised in the least if this report turns out to be the truth. I’ve had my suspicions all along about the paternity of MJ’s children … but still … WOW! Thoughts?
UPDATE: OMG OMG!! Now TMZ reports that Michael Jackson never legally adopted any of his children!!!
We’ve learned Michael Jackson never adopted his three children, even though he’s not the biological father. We broke the story that neither Jackson nor Debbie Rowe are the biological parents of Michael Jr. and Paris. And Michael was not the biological parent of Prince Michael II either. Now here’s the rub. We’ve learned Jackson never filed legal papers to adopt any of his children. Legal experts tell us Jackson would be presumed the father but it’s not conclusive by any means. As for why Jackson didn’t formally adopt — we’re told at the time the kids were born there was no third party whom he believed would try and claim custody. For some reason, Jackson never thought Debbie Rowe would mount a custody challenge.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If MJ never legally adopted the kids then … does his mother Katherine Jackson have any claim on eventually winning guardianship of the kids? We know she filed paperwork here in California yesterday to take full custody of the children but if MJ neither biologically fathered NOR legally adopted the kids then … WTF?!
How long until the full truth comes out? Again I say … WOW!

I think everyone speculated he was not their real father. But no one thought Debbie wasn’t the real mother….but I still say that Michael was their real DAD…they should be with him family but not with Joe :(

I don’t think it matters he was legally their father. His name is on their birth certificates he raised them, he was legally and financially responsible for them for years under the eyes of the law I’m pretty sure he was their father.

Anyone else thinnking of those made for tv movies from the 80’s-90’s where kids get forcibly “reunited” with their biological parents after being raised for years by someone else……..Although I want Joe Jackson far far away from those poor kids, this is too much!

Oh wow…those poor children! Regardless of who ‘the baby daddy” is, he was the only father they knew. I hope that this is figured out quickly and their best interest is kept in mind because those kids are going to have a messy life regardless of this latest issue.

Dude, his one kid looks EXACTLY like him & the other one looks just like that Debbie lady so if he isn’t the actual biological father one of his brothers is, I can’t believe people don’t think his son is the spitting image of him, those pics from last week or the week before, that kid couldn’t deny being his son if he wanted to!!

It’s funny that people are shocked by this. When you take a black man and a white woman, mixed children are born. People tend to forget Michael was once black. I know, it’s a shock. Either way this is a sad situation for the children.

OMGoodness!! Those poor kids! I’m probably wrong but I thought Debbie tried to get custody of the kids in the past…does anyone know? Before I can give my opinion on who these children belong with I need to know the full story! Where they never adopted? Did neither Michael nor Debbie actually father/mother them? Did they spend more time with a nanny than with MJ? Did they ever see the rest of Michael’s family? I just hope they’re with people who love them at this time.

If his name is on the birth certificates, he didn’t have to adopt them… Even if you use a surgote (or a sperm/egg donation), if you are the named party on the birth certificate then you are the child’s parent.
I hope for the sake of the kids that this is resolved quickly.

this keeps getting worse and worse. I don’t think the kids should be with his mother, I think they should be with Janet or Debbie. If she isn’t the mother, then why does she have joint custody of them? She filed in 2006 and he gave her joint custody, where is she at in all of this? I believe Michael was closer to Janet than any of them and I don’t believe he would want his kids raised by his parents, especially his father.

@Ally I think you are right. I don’t think you have to go through traditional adoption procedures if you use a surrogate. However, this opens the door for the donors to claim the children. What a mess……

I think Paris looks SO much like Debbie…. the boys do look a little more bi-racial than Paris does… but that girl looks SO much like Debbie – it will be hard for me to accept that Deb isn’t her mother.

There is no way those children are his biological children. They have no black features whatsoever. Leave out the skin color–I’m black/white and I have white skin, as do both my siblings, although I think that’s relatively rare–and look at everything else. Nothing remotely resembling black features. This whole situation is effed up. I feel so sorry for those kids!

Totally inappropriate to report this kind of stuff or even speculate. He is dead. They have lost the only father they have ever known. Matters regarding the children should be off limits. It’s bad enough MJ’s father is already trying to profit from him and steal from the children’s inheritence.

ugh, so sick of all this speculation. I agree with others here – it doesn’t matter whether they are his bio kids or not. MJ is the ONLY father they’ve ever known, he raised them from babies and provided for them, now he is gone and they are grieving for him. …. and, for what its worth, I’m so surprised at how many people on all these comment boards think that all bi-racial children come out looking like a perfect mix of both races … bi-racial kids come in every color, shape, size, feature. you can’t always ‘tell’ just by looking.

I have two mixed children from the same man(before anyone asks, yes there have been DNA testing), and my oldest daughter is obviously bi-racial while the younger one you would never be able to tell. We’re talking very pale skin, lite brown hair with so-called white person texture, and dark blue eyes. It just goes to show that you never can tell how the genes are gonna come out. That being said, it never mattered whether the children have his DNA or not, they are his and he loved them very much(it was obvious). I think they should go to Janet he seemed to be closest to her than anyone else.The kids really don’t know and haven’t been around Debbie,and his parents are too old and we all know he had problems with his father. If Joe did get them I wouldn’t be surprised if we had a new Jackson singing group within months. He had no problem using his kids for a paycheck whats going to make it any different with his grandkids?

Heidi and Seal’s two children together look like bi-racial children to me. I personally have never seen bi-racial children that weren’t immediately identifiable as such, although I do not doubt that they exist. As a kid, MJ had features very easily identifiable as African-American, and his two oldest kids do not in the least, IMHO.
Does this matter? NO. He was their father, he cared for them and raised them and they are his children, no matter if he is the biological father or not. The fact that Debbie might not be the bio mother….wow. What a tangled web we weave… Please, all that is holy, keep those kids from the clutches of Joe Jackson.

@Nikki…………….yes, Joe Jackson is making public appearences just days after his son unexpectedly dies. He is plugging his company. He made a public statement that he is legally in control of MJ’s estate. His actions are questionable.

Um HOLY SHIT!!! I knew that tons of secrets were bound to come out after Michael’s death but this?! I’m not sure I was prepared for something of this magnitude!! IMHO the kids look bi-racial. Until recently, we’ve never gotten a truely good look at them to really be able to see who they resemble. Also Michael has gone under so many different plastic surgeries over the years it would probably take photos of him as a teen or young adult to really be able to tell if they look like him…this is all such craziness! At the very least I do hope that Katherine Jackson gets to keep the kids at least until this whole mess can be deemed valid and straightened out. They are probably the most comfortable with her and after everything that’s happened, I’m sure that’s what they need right now. I do sincerely hope though, that no matter what happens, those kids are kept well away from Granddaddy Joe Jackson… after all these years he still looks like a leech!

If it’s true that the children aren’t his biologically, for reasons such as this (unexpected death) wouldn’t it have been smart of Michael to sign adoption papers regardless if he was on the birth certificate? Or at least have an updated will? There is no saying that the bio dad (i personally don’t believe MJ is the bio dad. it’s being reported that it was MJ’s dermo) won’t go after custody of these kids, just because he is the bio dad. There should’ve been something IRON CLAD, in writing, as to what should happen to the kids if something happens to Michael. I’m not saying there isn’t, but people are scrambling to find a will, and they come up with one from 2002.

For some reason, no matter what others say, I see him in his children. Maybe it’s just his spirit in them, but when I see photos of them, without masks and whatnot, I see Michael.
Just because they don’t look like stereotypical bi-racial children doesn’t mean that it’s not possible.

It really all depends on the law- anyone know the law on these matters in California (surrogacy, intestacy, etc.)? I am not sure if surrogacy law matters for the first two kids since he was actually married to Debbie. But if she was implanted with donor eggs and donor sperm (if that is true), is there any “adoption” type paperwork, or once it is all implanted, is it all yours? (sorry that sounds so blunt). Or would the law of the jurisdiction where the kids were born control? I guess that is still CA for the first two (right?) and somewhere in Europe for the third. Holy conflicts of laws snd other super complicated issues, Batman!
All I hope is that these kids are loved, well taken care of and get to live some sort of a “normal” life. I am not sure they have had a “normal” life up to this point, so anything else is going to be a shock to the system. Some articles have said that they previously had practically no interaction with other children, even their cousins.
There is something that makes me concerned about them being raised by Katherine and Joe, tho-but if it turns out that is what MJ really put in his will (that they be raised by Katherine, but Joe is there, too, no?), hopefully he knew best.

He is listed as the father on their birth certificates, which means he didn’t need to adopt them – he was legally their father.
And further, he was married to Debbie for the birth of the first two children which means that any children born to her during that time are legally his, unless he went to court to prove otherwise.
This isn’t as dramatic as everyone is trying to make it out.
In the eyes of the court, the children were his and are legally Katherine’s grandchildren.
