Mark-Paul Gosselaar paid a little visit to the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon show last night in his Saved By The Bell character Zack Morris. Gosselaar was really on the show to promote the new season of his TNT drama Raising the Bar but spent most of his appearance playing up the notion of a Saved By The Bell reunion. It’s pretty funny to see MPG in character as Zack Morris again … he doesn’t really look like he’s aged much at all:

As he’s established himself as a grown-up actor with roles on “NYPD Blue,” “Commander in Chief” and now “Raising the Bar,” Mark-Paul Gosselaar has (understandably) distanced himself from his first big role on “Saved by the Bell.” Consider the distance achieved. Gosselaar was a guest on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” Monday — and did the whole appearance in character as Zack Morris, his “Saved by the Bell” alter ego. Or is it that he’s been “Zack Morris” all along, and just had to change his name to “Mark-Paul Gosselaar” when he got his SAG card because there was already someone with his name in the union? Fallon has made it his mission to host a “Saved by the Bell” reunion on “Late Night,” and it looks like things are lining up. I only hope that Zack and Kelly can put aside any lingering hard feelings over their breakup.

Hahahahaha … so awesome! I’m pretty sure it won’t be too difficult to get the other Saved By The Bellers on board for a proper reunion … if anything, Mark-Paul er, I mean Zack Morris‘s appearance shows that there is still a huge amount of love for Saved By The Bell. Harry Potter‘s Emma Watson has been turning into quite the little fashion plate lately. First we saw her posing in high fashion couture by Karl Lagerfeld and now we learn that she is featured in the new ad campaign for Burberry … here are a few of the promo pics that feature Miss Watson rockin’ the new Burberry collection:

Well, it’s nicer than her Hogwarts uniform. After weeks of speculation, Emma Watson was today unveiled as the face of Burberry. Photographed by Mario Testino, Watson looks extremely grown up in trench coats from the autumn/winter collection. Despite persistent rumours linking her to Chanel, and her ubiquitous presence at international fashion shows, Burberry is the first major advertising campaign that the 19-year-old Harry Potter star has landed. And it’s predicted the prestigious contract will boost her estimated £8million fortune by six figures. Shot by Mario Testino in Westminster, close to Burberry’s headquarters at Horseferry House, the images capture Watson in a collection inspired by Virginia Woolf and the Bloomsbury set. Burberry’s creative director Christopher Bailey told The Evening Standard: “Having known and admired the lovely Emma Watson for quite some time, she was the obvious choice for this campaign. Emma has a classic beauty, a great character and a modern edge. Her charm, intellect and brilliant sense of fun made the whole shoot feel like a picnic on the Thames.” He added: “I felt Emma would be strong enough to hold the campaign as the only girl, and I loved the idea of her being surrounded by these young, cool British guys.” Watson first appeared as Hermione Granger alongside Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint in Harry Potter And The Philosopher’s Stone in 2001. She looks great! I love the way that Emma Watson is growing into a beautifully mature young woman. She seems the perfect choice for major brands to turn when when looking for a celebrity spokesperson. The girl has a level head on her shoulders, she’s good at her craft and she’s got the poise to represent these high end brands. It’s no wonder that the design houses are fighting over her. People magazine is reporting that the very on-again, off-again couple Leonardo DiCaprio and Bar Refaeli have decided to call things off again … they’re dunzo, y’all:

On-again off-again couple Leonardo DiCaprio and Bar Refaeli have called it quits once more, sources confirm to PEOPLE. “They’re taking time off for the time being, they’ve split,” says a source. “It could just end up as a break but for now they’re doing their own thing.” That much was certainly apparent over the weekend as the Israeli-born Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, 23, walked the red carpet at Hollywood Life’s 11th Annual Young Hollywood Awards solo, refusing to speak about DiCaprio, while the Titanic star, 34, hit the hotspot Avenue in New York City, where he was seen chatting with another woman. “He was standing at the bar in front of everyone talking to a girl the entire night – and it wasn’t Bar,” says one onlooker. “It was in no way behavior for a guy who has a serious girlfriend.” (DiCaprio and Refaeli were then reportedly photographed together in Los Angeles on Monday night.) I’m sure that the supermodel will have no problem finding a new guy … and I have no doubt that Leo will quickly find himself a new chick.

Twist magazine is reporting that Nick Jonas has confirmed that he and Miley worked on a song together recently … so I guess it’s plausible that her interaction with Nicky led to the demise of Jiley. Yesterday afternoon, David and I made our way to the ArcLight in Hollywood, CA to see The Hangover after hearing so many good things about the flick. We decided to go to a movie at 5:30 in order to avoid the crush of people also vying for a chance to see this movie … we were happy to find the theater mostly empty. As far as comedies go, this one was pretty good … but I’m afraid it wasn’t nearly as hilarious as everyone seems to be saying:

Let me be clear … The Hangover is really funny but, again, it ain’t the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. The juvenile humor was pretty entertaining (tho, I can really do without the “faggot” jokes) and the crazy shizz that goes down was insanely entertaining but I was really annoyed that all the funny parts were prominently shown in the trailer for the film. There are a few funny gags that are not shown in the trailer but, I’m afraid, if you’ve seen the trailer then you’ve pretty much seen the film. I understand that The Hangover 2 is already in the works … so hardcore fans of the film have that to look forward to.

Next, David and I want to see Drag Me to Hell … which also has been getting ridiculously positive reviews. I hope that one lives up to the hype. BUT TONIGHT … I will be chillin’ with some good friends watching Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final rooting for my beloved Detroit Red Wings! They are only 1 game away from winning the Stanley Cup again!

Last year, the Red Wings defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins in Pittsburgh to win the 2008 Stanley Cup, I’m really hoping for a repeat tonight!! Woot!!! I will pretty much be a wreck for the rest of the day … I’m really hopin’ for a happy outcome for the Wings :)

Earlier today we got to see Adam Lambert on the cover of the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine (wherein he answers the question everyone has been dying know … but prolly already knew the answer to) and now we learn that the American Idol runner-up has signed a recording contract with 19 Entertainment and RCA Recordings and is planning to release his debut album in the Fall:

American Idol’s runner-up is one step closer to becoming a glam-rock superstar. Adam Lambert has inked deals with 19 Entertainment and RCA Recordings — and will be working on a debut album that is expected in the fall. “I’m thrilled that we’ve come to a creative and collaborative partnership and look forward to developing a really exciting album,” Lambert, 27, said in a statement. “We are 100 percent on the same page and are all anxiously awaiting the start of the recordings. It’s going to be ridiculous! Get Ready!!!” Simon Fuller, the creator and executive producer of American Idol, sung Lambert’s praises in the statement: “To find a talent as exceptional as Adam Lambert is a rare and special event … I am thrilled that American Idol was the platform for the world to discover this brilliant young man. He is unique and unforgettable and a certain star of tomorrow.” Lambert will record his album this summer while on the road with the other top 10 contestants for the Idols Live Tour, which kicks off July 5 in Portland, Ore.

It should also be noted that AI winner Kris Allen has also signed a record deal but with 19 Entertainment and Jive Records … but, honestly, all everyone seems to want to talk about is the Glambert. While I’m not necessarily a fan of his singing style (not that I’ve heard much of it), I am very curious to hear what his album will sound like. Will it be a balls out glam record or will he offer something more radio-friendly. I’m also curious to see who (if anyone) will be guesting on the disc with him. Might there be a Queen collabo on the disc? Now that American Idol is over, it looks like it is finally time for Adam to shine on his own … I guess we’ll soon find out if he will sink or swim.

The 13th Annual Webby Awards were handed out at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC last night and a who’s who of celebs and tech geeks came out for nerdly event. Each year, the Webby Awards are handed out by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences and honor excellence on the Internet — including websites, interactive advertising, online film & video and mobile web sites. The man of the hour this year was Trent Reznor of the very Internet-friendly band Nine Inch Nails who was honored at this year’s Webby Awards as the Artist of the Year. Here is Trent with his beautiful fiancée Mariqueen Maandig all dolled up in suit and tie on the red carpet along with other celebs who came out for the event:

It is the awards show where techies are greeted like rock stars. Described by some as the Oscars of the Web, the Webby Awards pay homage to the best of the Internet. From videos that went viral to the stars who graced them, the 13th annual Webby Awards on Monday night gave online pioneers their due respect in the form of a trophy one recipient described as a “bedspring.” Known for its unorthodox format, the irreverent awards ceremony featured its traditional five-word speeches and videos showcasing the “raw talent” found only online. Seth Meyers of NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” hosted the show, and this year’s recipients reflected the diverse Internet audience. Honorees included Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor for artist of the year and The Huffington Post’s Arianna Huffington, who won for best political blog. Vicki B. seems to be trying to make a fashion statement these days with all of her ripped clothing. Last week, she was seen making her way to the UK while wearing a pair of tiny, distressed cut-off jean shorts. And just this week she was spotted on the streets of London wearing a pair of ripped skinny jeans … behold:

Victoria Beckham isn’t one to stick to one style for long. But the former Spice Girl seems to be growing quite fond of distressed denim, given her latest outfit. A day after flying from Los Angeles to London in a pair of tiny denim cut-off hotpants, she switched to a warmer pair of ripped black denim jeans once she arrived in the capital. Posh was spotted in the distressed jeans, a faux fur jacket and Christian Louboutin heels and carrying a Chanel handbag as she left her London hotel today. The 35-year-old is back in town to support her husband David Beckham as he picks up his 112th England cap when the team plays Andorra at Wembley Stadium on Wednesday.

While I wouldn’t necessarily consider distressed jeans to be very fashion forward, I can appreciate that VB is rockin’ a look that makes her seem much more down-to-Earth.
