On Monday we got our first look at the first teaser trailer for The Twilight Saga: New Moon (which was met with mixed reviews tho, from what I read, most people liked the trailer) and today we get our first look at a few official promo stills from the film. The members of the New Moon love triangle (Edward, Bella and Jacob) are all represented … check it out:

HMMM … it really seems to me that the producers are doing everything they can to put Jacob Black (played by Taylor Lautner) in the best light possible … and that requires that he wear as little clothing as possible (something he’s fond of anyways). I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say … The Twilight Saga: New Moon will prolly be a bigger hit with the fans than Twilight was.

Altho the movie won’t be opening in theaters until May of 2010 (less than 12 months from now, on 050710 to be exact), we get our first look today at the first teaser poster for Iron Man 2 which has been unveiled at the Licensing International Expo in Las Vegas, NV that is going on this week. While the poster itself isn’t all too exciting, it does signal the start of the promo machine for Iron Man 2 that will, most likely, help the film do very well at the box office next year:

If I’m being completely honest, I wouldn’t at all be surprised if this photo was a left-over from the first Iron Man film but … I guess it’s never too early be begin promoting the big Summer blockbuster movie … even tho the current Summer blockbuster movie season has yet to really get underway.

Just as I suspected, Kevin Federline and his ladyfriend Victoria Prince managed to secure themselves a FREE RIDE to London, England paid for in full by his ex-wife Britney Spears just so that she would be allowed to bring her children with her on tour. TMZ is reporting that K-Fed Well-Fed is getting paid upwards of $30,000 on top of his monthly payment of $20,000 that he receives from her in child support just so that he can babysit his kids in the UK rather than sittin’ on his ass here in SoCal. Unreal. Here is a pic of The Federline and Vicky P. making their grand arrival at London’s Heathrow Airport today:

Kevin Federline has taken his nanny show overseas — he’s following Britney Spears abroad with his broad and will make a small fortune this month — babysitting. Our sources say Britney will take Sean Preston and Jayden James everywhere she tours — next stop … London. During the month of June, we’re told K-Fed will rake in approximately $30,000 for his babysitting services — this on top of the $20k he already gets a month in child support. True enough, it’s what Britney has to pay so she can take the kids on the road. So $30,000 for making sure the nanny makes a proper PB&J … where do we sign up?!

This is just gross. I admit, K-Fed deserves props for taking care of his children when Britney Spears was not well enough to do so on her own but the way he’s been milking her now that she’s better and is willing to care for her children is absolutely disgusting. If he were any kind of parent, he would figure out a way to care for his children rather than demanding so much money from the other parent who makes all the cash. K-Fed won’t even have to take care of his kids if he don’t want to, the nannies will take care of the kiddies. … as TMZ points out, he’s getting paid $30,000 just to let Britney bring her kids with her to Europe where she’ll be touring for the next few weeks. It’s very clear that Britney loves her children very much … she shouldn’t have to pay these exorbitant sums just to be with her children. The fact that she does so and tolerates K-Fed’s demands says a lot about her commitment to her family. IMHO, Federline’s behavior speaks just as clearly about his commitment as well.

Try as I might, I cannot seem to avoid posting about the Jonas Brothers … well, the Jonas brother … Joe, in particular. Last month, I had to succumb and post a photo of middle Jonas brother Joe from his appearance in In Style magazine where the lad confessed that his celebrity crush is, of all people, Daniel Craig. Today, it would seem that Joe has outdone himself with his latest antics … in an effort to call attention to the fact that the Jonas Brothers are releasing a new album in a couple of weeks, Joe created a You Tube video wherein he performs a dance routine to Beyoncé’s big hit song Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It). As you can see from these screencaps, Joe really dressed the part:

First the lad confesses to have a crush on Daniel Craig, then he shows us that he is a Beyoncé fan of the strongest magnitude … is he trying to tell us something? I mean … dancing around to Single Ladies is funny and cute and all … but to do so in a leotard and high heels seems to be taking things a bit far. But, you know what? More power to him!! Earlier today we saw a couple photos of Twilight star Taylor Lautner making his exit from the gym earlier this week … photos that couldn’t help but make people look at his — bottle of Vitamin Water. Now we get to see a few photos of Tay Tay on the SoCal set of a new photoshoot that, apparently, requires him to be all decked out in black clothing:

AWWW … our little Taylor is growing up. I believe this is his first solo photoshoot without any of his fellow Twilight castmembers included. It’s about time that Lautner started enjoying the spotlight all on his own. I don’t know which publication these photos were snapped for but I suspect we’ll be finding out soon enough It turns out that the photoshoot was for an upcoming issue of Interview magazine. I’m curious to see what the photos will look like … from these pics, I don’t really like the outfits they chose for him. What do y’all think?

Last night was another great night here in Detroit Rock City despite some disappointments in the sports department, we had a blast. The night started out with a toast at the HockeyTown Cafe in downtown Detroit, MI before we made our way to Comerica Park for the Detroit Tigers vs. the Boston Red Sox game. It was chilly but really nice out last night. Sarah, Mark, David and I met up with Sarah’s co-worker Lisa for some Detroit Tigers fun at the stadium … here are a few pics:

The obscene drink that Sarah and David were drinking out of was her idea … I chose to opt out ;) Mark and I got distracted midway thru the game as we were trying to follow Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final since the Detroit Red Wings were playing in Pittsburgh. Despite a strong opening to the game, the Wings unfortch fell short of the win last night (as did the Tigers who lost to the Red Sox). They still lead the Stanley Cup Final 2 games to 1 … which means they now have the chance to win the Stanley Cup here in Detroit at the Joe Louis Arena :) Go Wings!! We ended the night at Cheli’s Bar for a nightcap.

I think we are doing dinner with my parents tonight but otherwise are lying low … we’ve been running around like crazy, a nice night to chill might be fun.
