The Alpha & The Omega

Last night I decided to stay in so that I could watch and Liveblog the season finale of Dollhouse on Fox. I’m sure some of you were online with me HERE as I blogged thruout the amazingly entertaining season finale ep titled Omega:

Damn … Joss Whedon really knows how to present season finale eps. Omega had all of the fun, excitement and SHOCKING revelations that Whedon fans have come to expect from finale eps. Amy Acker is BRILLIANT in Dollhouse and we’ve only just learned how amazing her character on the show is. Dollhouse MUST return for another season (and more). It would be damn cruel to air a season finale like last night’s only to end the show’s run prematurely. I know that SavetheDollhouse.com has already launched … anything that we can do to save the show should be done. I must have more!!!

David and I talked about going out late last night … but our laziness got the better of us. We ended up staying in … and it was nice :)

The sun is out in full force today … no plans for the day but we’ve been invited to a fun shindig tonight. Not sure if we’ll be able to make it out … but if so, I’ll be sure to have the deets soon. Happy Saturday, y’all!!

Hasn’t FOX learned yet? Firefly? Family Guy even? They cancel shows before they are allowed to really gather their audiences. I have tweeted as much as possible and Dollhouse is still trending, so that’s good. I’ll keep my fingers crossed. Thanks Trent!

Hope it comes back next season because I would love to see how Ballard deals with being on the inside. Last night’s episode was good though some of it was kinda predictable in places. Aker and Tudyk killed it last night.

  3. Pacey Says:

Argh, if this show is canceled I’ll be extremely upset.
Let’s hope they come to their senses soon.

Not only is this show amazing, but the shocker introduced by Amy’s character last night was the best!!! I’m wondering how many blows Joss Whedon can take if this gets cancelled :-( Does anybody know when we find out if it has been picked up for season 2???

  5. Lana Says:

i don’t watch this show, but a lot of new shows get canceled (mostly the ones I watch…assholes!). i hope your show doesn’t get canceled. :]]

  6. Amy Says:

Loved the Live Blog, Trent! The finale was just that more awesome because of it. :)

Oh, and I agree, start campaigning for season 2!

  7. Amy Says:

Oh, forgot to add — BreakMyRevenge, FOX announces the fall lineup on May 18! Cross your fingers, everyone! :)

  8. Liz Says:

Awwwwwwwwwwwwesome show last night!! I love Dollhouse and I hope it stays on tv! I was freaking out when Dr. Saunders was revealed to be a doll! Anything we can do to save this show, I will do!

  9. Ally Says:

I actually really enjoy watching Dollhouse, but I think it is going to be cancelled. FOX really didn’t help by putting on Friday nights, but the ratings are horrible. This weeks barely drew over 2 mil. That’s CW type numbers. Networks really need to figure out a way to count DVR numbers before all the good shows are gone!
