Yesterday we got to see a few photos of actors Kristen Stewart (in the role of Bella Swan) and Robert Pattinson (in the role of Edward Cullen) filming a steamy scene together in Montepulciano, Italy for their new movie The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Lest you think those marks all over Rob‘s face are pocks or something, I believe they are digital markers that will allow the CGI folks to add in the “dazzle” effect on his skin. As you Twilighters should be well aware, when vampires stand in the sunlight their skin dazzles like shining diamonds … those little black dots all over Rob‘s bare bod will help make him sparkle in the film. kinda looks like his abs are airbrushed on.
He would be hotter without the painted on body. The dots on his face and body are for CGI purposes, so he could sparkle the way Edward was meant to.
if his arms where any bigger, Edward would be Emmett Jr. I dont think his abs are airbrushed on. He might have worked out a lot like Taylor (Jacob) did to keep his role in the 2nd movie. Regardless as Edward he’s smokin’ hot… as Rob he’s a few nuts short for the fame he’s in…

No those muscles aren’t airbrushed – they’re real (confirmed by co-star Kellan Lutz). Full credit to him – he must have been working hard. He looks awesome – lean and nicely defined. “Over the top” muscles are a turn off, but he looks just right! : )
