Yesterday we got to see a few photos of actors Kristen Stewart (in the role of Bella Swan) and Robert Pattinson (in the role of Edward Cullen) filming a steamy scene together in Montepulciano, Italy for their new movie The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Lest you think those marks all over Rob‘s face are pocks or something, I believe they are digital markers that will allow the CGI folks to add in the “dazzle” effect on his skin. As you Twilighters should be well aware, when vampires stand in the sunlight their skin dazzles like shining diamonds … those little black dots all over Rob‘s bare bod will help make him sparkle in the film. These pics are nice, yes? Please, comment away …

The only thing that bothers me about the abs(airbrushed or not), when he was turned into a vamp, he was sick and young..when did he have time to get abs? On top of that, becoming a vamp doesn’t just magically give you muscles AND after he was a vamp, he can’t get defined muscles if he didn’t already have them because their bodies don’t change.
Other than that, YAY FOR SEXY ABS. Oh and I know its called “suspension of disbelieve”, but whatevs! there are lots of parts of these books that make me go “eh??” because it doesn’t quite make sense in the scheme of things lol

Wow, can’t wait to see that part on film! That’s one of the parts in the book I’ve read over and over again, and probably will watch over and over again when the DVD comes out :)

I agree…they are not airbrushed. You can see the bumps when he turns…and the guy has been working out like CRAZY for months to get them. Really pushing himself so at least give him some credit.

And that I like midnight movies enough to want to go see the movie in the first place! (By the way I totally love his whole demeanor in those screen shots and the ones from yesterday… so focused and solomn… exactly the way I saw it in my mind when I read the book)
