A belated Happy Birthday to Morrissey! I’ve just finished making up an ipod playlist of “Living Legends”, and of course this man easily made the grade. What a career! (and, yes, there is a corresponding Dead Legends list. Morbid, but it had to be done. Joe Strummer, Ian Curtis, John Bonham, Janis J, Jimi H, Jeff Buckley and Johnny Cash had to have their own list).
I’m cracking up at the idea of the original Star Trek in high-def. I really don’t need to see Shatner’s paunch in that much detail! And besides, wasn’t the cheesiness of the special effects half the fun?
