Maybe the CA Supreme Court should put down their legal weed and realize what is really important. What an insane ruling.
I am shocked by the death of Danny Gans. His show was one of the best in Vegas and I always suggested it to people when they were planning a trip to LV. What a terrible loss.

Wow… interesting about the CA Supreme Court decision. I really don’t think sexuality has a place in schools, period. Gay or straight should never be a requisite involving education. I guess technically, it is the private school’s right to decide any type of person that attends their school, but shouldn’t it be based more on actual academics? As long as these girls weren’t actively distracting their peers by making out in the back of the class (which is wrong whether you are gay or straight) they should be allowed to attend the school of their choice!
It’s shocking to me that in 2009, blatant discrimination and the stripping of civil rights is deemed acceptable and legal.
I guess if the majority can’t feel superior to a minority, the world just might spin off it’s axis.

Can’t private schools refuse admission to anyone, for any reason? That’s why they’re private schools? I don’t see why anyone is shocked by that, though maybe I don’t understand the laws correctly.
@ M – Totally! Since private schools are indeed private, they can do whatever they want since they aren’t under public school laws/regulations, that’s why. It was a private Christian School… Oh, and what in the world does Miss California’s chest have to do with the whole same-sex marriage? I mean, yes, she got breast implants who gives an eff? She was still stupid before and it obviously doesn’t humiliate her in any way. Irrelevant.
@ Chase- because lots of people like to insult women with implants, even if it’s in a totally random way! It’s FUN!
I have them, yes, but no one would ever guess unless they saw me naked, and I hear people insult other women all the time. I just stand there and try not to laugh.
Ha..met Rosie at a book signing and she told me that Star Jones wears diapers as a result of her surgery. Sounds like their “feud” was more personal than she is letting on. She knew me for five minutes and was sharing that info!
For a time after that surgery, many probably do … It takes time to learn how to deal with the aftermath if you eat just a little too much and the end result … I’m glad Rosie and Star have found maturity – if only the other View women would.
