congratulations to kimora and djimon. and I love seeing divorced couples who are still friends. my parents have been divorced for 20 years but they’ve always been good friends. it’s really good for the kids to have an example of two adults being civil working out their differences. my siblings and I were the only ‘divorced kids’ on the block whose parents could even stand to be in the same room.

I think it’s great that Kimora and Russell are still very civil with each other and are working well as platonic friends. But many congratulations to Djimon and Kimora on the li’l man’s arrivial. As far as name predictions, I have a feeling that he will get either an African or Asian name, much like big sisters Ming and Aoki.

I think it’s cool that they are still BFFs. It shows that when you have a relationship with someone, and that relationship was a right thing to be in your life, it doesn’t have to dissolve after the romance is gone. Russell is not only the father of her children but her business partner. It makes only sense to have that person in your life on good terms. I’m sure it’s quite beneficial for the kids, as well especially when most kids of divorced parents are subject to fighting, if not the parents talking bad about each other and showing negativity that doesn’t provide a happy environment to grow in.
