Last week we got to see a whole slew of new music video/visualettes from Tori Amos to promote the release of her new album Abnormally Attracted to Sin, which is due out on May 19. In that batch, one of the visualettes was mislabeled as Fire to your Plain but was actually Give. Today we get to see the real visualette for Fire to your Plain … here are a few screencaps from the vid:

As you can see in the second cap, Tori Amos‘s daughter Natashya Lórien is featured in the video … which, I believe, is the first time Tori‘s little girl has appeared in one of her music videos (tho, Tash was featured in the liner note photography and backstage video on her Welcome to Sunny Florida DVD release). Click HERE to check out this awesome new visualette for Fire to your Plain in full. While I really love the Ophelia and Give visualettes, I think this new one is my fave of the bunch thus far. What do you think? Which visualette is your fave so far?

ok trrent! WE KNOW YOU LIKE TORI AMOS! But, seriously, no one cares about these posts – i love your blog, but sorry:)
I find her really creepy looking ):
Tori’s excellent and beautiful and wonderful… But ADP and this CD are rather… Stuffy. It’s like if Enya and Celine Dion had a baby. And it wore lame wigs. Bleh.
Where is the passion? Where are the sexual innuendos and perversion?
Has our Raisin became a Cornflake?
These visualettes suck ass.
It’s cool that Tash has debuted but in such a home-made, scrap heap of a video? Is it actually a good thing?
Here’s my idea: give up the wigs. I want Tori. Not Tori pretending to be whomever. And give up the alternative sappy slow makes-me-wanna-die music. Get some umph. Maybe then I’ll be happy.
And that was HARD to say. Because me? I’m a super fan. I have everything T has ever produced. EVERYTHING. Y Kant Tori Read? Got it. Her Kellog’s commercial? Yep. But ADP (lame but not AS lame as this one) and AAtS are… Mediocre.
So… I just saw this post and decided to comment. If you wanna talk about it more. Make me “see the like” or whatever…. Email me at made.of.suede@hotmail.com, add me on msn, or find me on myspace- Rachel Combs (Z).
Honestly though. These visualettes are lame.
Thanks Trent, I wondered on another post if Tori had children; this answers my question. I’m sure there’s a marked difference in her art before and after her child. Children change ppl tremendously; I know my life started for me after the birth of my son; my little monkey. Anyhow, her daughther is a cutie pie :)
I care about the Tori posts. She is great. Keep posting them. :-)
I too care about Tori and love to be updated on what she’s doing. I’m all excited and I can’t wait for the new album.
Ok— I take it back – calm down ya’ll
