First Look: Heidi Montag, ‘Blackout’
She risked Swine Flu for this?

Late last month we learned that newlyweds Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt risked life and limb and ventured South of the border into Mexico at the height of the swine flu pandemic in order to do a little honeymoonin’ but also to shoot the music video for Heidi‘s new single titled Blackout. The couple only stayed in Mexico for a very short time before cutting their losses and returning to the relative safety of the US … but not before they were able to film enough footage to make Heidi‘s music video. Here is our first look at the fruits of their labor:


Much like the other music videos that Speidi have collaborated on (Heidi in front of the camera, Spencer behind), this video has that homemade feel that makes all of Heidi‘s music videos look … sparse (tho, in her defense, the video she had made for her song Overdosin’ did have a bit more production value to it … not that that helped much). Um, yep. That’s it. The song was written by Cathy Dennis (who penned the megahit Can’t Get You Out Of My Head for Kylie Minogue and Toxic for Britney Spears) and the video was made by Speidi. So … what do you think?

    Her “dancing” is ridiculously funny. Girl should at least take some classes on how to look sexy in a music video because her desperation at attempting to be sexy is too noticeable. How many times does he have to rub her boobs and touch her arm?
    Also, obviously the quality of this video isn’t even something worth discussing but it’s funny b/c at 1:53 you see Spencer’s shadow on the sand. He probably did it on purpose so that he could be incorporated into the video. Haha!

    I feel truly sorry for her. First off she is signing like she’s Drew Barrymore, I mean her mouth looks funny? And the only thing that she is doing in this video is putting her boobs in the camera……surely she’s got more to show than just that? Like being sexy in a very subtle way? It’s just terrible.

    i feel sorry for heidi. she is completely change, from a sweet innocent girl into a traggic bimbo. she should have stayed friends with lauren. spencer is such a bad influence and she is having a cultural shock, from colorado to LA.
