Britney Spears Completes The First Leg Of Her Concert Tour
After 2 months on the road with her tour The Circus starring Britney Spears, our dear Britney Spears has successfully completed the first leg of her touring plans. Earlier this week, Britney played her last North American show in Montreal, Qc Canada and has already returned home to SoCal to rest and relax for a bit before she flies off to the UK to begin the second leg of her tour next month. Here are a couple pics of Britney’s arrival in SoCal this week:

I can imagine that Brit Brit is really lookin’ forward to some downtime off the road, back home in her own digs. But, there really is no rest for the weary … Britney’s manager Adam Leber just posted a tweet to his official Twitter profile letting us know that there are plans to rework and rechoreograph a few numbers for the European leg of the tour (which starts up on June 3 when Britney plays 8 dates in London). It’s pretty amazing that Britney is still up for working this hard, after this stretch of touring. True, some bands tour for longer than 3 months at a time and still manage to soldier on but considering the state Britney was in just a little over a year ago? Yeah, I’m very impressed. Rest up, Britney! And keep up the great work!

Awwww…her reaction to the dog is so cute….Im hope that she’s reworking the choreography to Do Somethin’ and Womanizer..those are the only performances which are a bit less good…if she changes anything to the other songs Ill be pissed..the other choreographies are hot!

Awwwww she’s adorable and I’m not surprised she did tweet she was sad that the 1st leg ended so soon and she couldn’t wait for the 2nd one. Yesss womanizer and do something need to be reworked and maybe slave too.

rework wont do. She has to find a way to energize up her dancing, mebbe like the old times…

@C – thats exactly what i said to my sister

@c — I think that will come in time. She has been doing amazingly well considering what her life has been like in the past few years. The fact that she’s on stage every night again is pretty phenomenal in my book. This is her first tour in years, once she gets this one under her belt she’ll prolly be in a better position to amp it up again next time. I think easy does it is the way for her to go.

Ok, so I really think this needs to be addressed! As a fan for as long as I’ve been, I think there are some distinct issues that need to be established as far as Britney’s capacities…Not once, on any of her fan sites or anything else for that matter did we ever see Britney do a meet and greet with any of her fans…Nor did the people, Trent included that payed ridiculous amounts for their tickets get the opportunity to go backstage to MEET her. As far as I’m aware, neither Trent or Perez Hilton who was in her video in the concert get to meet her. And one wonders, do fans have to jump on stage and scare the crap out of her just to get a close glimpse? I kind of have suspicions that Britney is indeed scared of the general public and or still a bit crazy, to where which people would quickly notice and spread rumors..Not once in all of the 32 or something shows did she directly break routine and go out and touch any of her 20,000 or so fans that paid good money to see her, not even after the finale when she so closely ran toward the exit did she ever extend her arms to show any of her fans true gratitude, for it is guaranteed that if any of them had been touched, they would have never forgotten it…It just shames me to think that something about her is truly not right and people are so silently accepting of it. Nor has she done any real promotion for this album other then a quick radio interview way back before the album came out. All in all, I’m sure Britney uttered a total of about 100 words, including all of the malfunctions during all 32 of her shows….something is not right and I think to some extent the fans deserve answers

also, why is it that Fe Culotta never actually seemed to join her on tour as her assistant….something smells mighty fishy in the land of britney…

@danielthegreat many fans have actually seen Fe on tour behind the scenes, Brit has Fe and Brett now, and Brett is the one more in public with Brit

I forget that she’s a mother. There was a poll on aol about best/worst moms and she ranked as one of the worst.. When I initially read it, i thought they were talking about her own mom, I totally forgot she had kids.

I was at her Toronto concert when she was kicking off the tour and I don’t know, I found she executed the dance/choreography quite energetically. She’s been touring for months now, anyone can start to burn out. Hopefully she’ll re-group and come back really strong for the European leg of her tour.
@Trent – Speaking of concerts, JASON MRAZ just released his North American summer tour dates!

@daniel the great- she did do britney for the record! It totally publicized Circus! However, i totally sense that something is going on, but I dont want her to be released from conservatorship ciase she might go a lil’ crazy again…. I’m so undecided!

Love Brit coming back! Just had to comment on the “longer than 3 months on tour” thing. My job is on tour 11 months LOL!

Britney’s 4th single will be RADAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
May 10th, 2009 at 12:34 am
I am so mad that Radar is going to be a single! I really wanted Unusual You because it is haunting in a really good way. Britney has never done anything quite like it before. I hope they at least release it for a 5th single. I know that they had to release Radar because of contract neogitations with Bloodshot and Avant so HMM… oh, and those boots gots to go!

yeh she’ll have tew rework a lot because n ireland and most other tour stops in europe, the seats a fixed, so she can’t have a circus ring in thge middle… that means more dancing and less running yeah :)
from what ive seen on youtube some dances (Slave and womanizer especially) are lackluster a bit lazy, but i think its cause of the constant running around to different platforms. whoever said she only spoke to the fans bout 100 words, i agree. she has such loyal fans and should talk to them more.

I completely second danielthegreat. Something suspicious is afoot! I just hope she works better on the European leg though. But even still, she needs to be commended for the nonstop concerts and putting up such great shows. Love you Brit!

I was at her concert when she was in my hometown (Montreal). It was more than I expected. The concert was AMAAAAAZING! But when Girlicious opened the show and asked the audience “Who has our CD?”, it was a complete silence. Bwaahahah! Other than that, Nicole almost failed on stage.

im glad shes doing great and all, but why does she keep wearing those ugg boots from the k-fed era?
May 11th, 2009 at 1:46 am
She can’t dance as well/with as much energy as she used to or do very complicated dance moves anymore because hello Britney fans do you not remember all her knee problems? that’s how she met and hooked up with K-fed in the first place because she twisted her knee while doing a music video and had to cut her Onyx hotel tour short. she’s always had bad knees and has had surgery on them in the past which I imagine would hinder her dance ability.

Adam Leber? I thought Larry Rudolph was her manager…? *confused look*
