While mother-like figure Victoria Beckham was bizzy winging her way across the Atlantic Ocean for a visit to London, England, her youngest sons Romeo James and Cruz David were enjoying some playtime with friends (ie. their nanny and bodyguards) at a park here in SoCal. Romeo was showing off his skateboarding skills while Cruz was showing that he’s prolly still too little to be tooling around on a scooter:

Awww … poor Cruz. While it looks like he took a nasty spill, I understand that he wasn’t seriously injured. At least the Beckham boys have all sorts of fun activities to distract them from the fact that their parents haven’t been around lately … aren’t they the lucky ones?

Lindsay Lohan is very clearly back in ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s good graces these days as she was spotted making an early morning exit from Sam’s home this week after Lindsay showed up for an overnight visit the night before:

This would be the second overnight sleepover that L. Ron shared together since their very public break-up last month. I would be very surprised if the ladies weren’t officially back together. Methinks there will be a lot more of this coy stuff going on before either of them publicly acknowledges their rekindled relationship is back on.

Previously we’ve learned that Brad Pitt is a basterd. Then we learned that Eli Roth is a basterd. Today we find out that basterdism is not relegated to the male sex as Diane Kruger has been found out to be a basterd as well. Brad, Eli and Diane will be appearing in the new Quentin Tarantino film Inglourious Basterds and Diane is featured in the film’s latest movie poster:

Basterds, as you may recall, were Jewish-American Nazi hunters who sought out and punished WWII war criminals in their own bloody way (scalping, decapitating, etc.). It looks like Diane is not really dressed for bloody decapitating but I’m sure she figures in the tale in some important way. She’s deffo the prettiest of the basterds that we’ve seen thus far.

NIN.com has been updated with a new photo of Trent Reznor and the rest of Nine Inch Nails getting in some last minute rehearsals on the eve of the launch of the NIN/JA 2009 Tour which will take them around the country and across the globe on tour with Jane’s Addiction and Street Sweeper Social Club. Here is a pic of TR and the boys rockin’ out in West Palm Beach, FL during one of their rehearsals:

Additionally, TR successfully got Apple to allow an update to their wildly popular NIN:access iPhone App and have announced that users will soon be given a link so that they can view activity from the opening night of the tour (and beyond) as it happens. As you should know by now … this is the last time we’ll be able to see NIN live in concert for some time. Get it while you can. I am very much looking forward to hearing reports from tomorrow night’s opening show. I’ll be seeing at least 2 of the forthcoming concerts … this time around, I want to know what NIN has got in store for us on the road.

Vicki B., who made an appearance at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala on Monday night and who unveiled a new Emporio Armani Women’s Underwear ad at Macy’s Herald Square in NYC on Tuesday night, packed up her ridiculously expensive bags and made her way to JFK Airport yesterday en route to London, England. What I want to know is what the hell is Posh doing carrying her own bags? I get that she has to carry around her expensive purses because they are stylistically matched to whatever outfit she is wearing at the time (tho, it wouldn’t surprise me if she started employing a person to carry around her purses for her) but the fact that she’s walking thru an airport with her carry-on luggage in hand! It’s outrageous. I assumed she had handlers and minions around to do all of this menial labor for her. Could it be that VB is more like we regular folk than was previously believed?

Aussie popstress Kylie Minogue, who just announced that she will tour the US for the first time ever in her 20-year music career, was on hand in NYC last night to help light the Empire State Building in honor of the Coty Fragrances partnership with the DKMS Linked Against Leukemia charity campaign. Here are a few pics from last night’s lighting ceremony:

The lighting of the Empire State Building was timed with the 3rd Annual Linked Against Leukemia Gala which seeks to raise awareness for the DKMS organization, the world’s largest non-profit bone marrow donor center. When asked about her upcoming US tour, Kylie had this to say: “I’ve wanted to tour in America and Canada for years and know that fans have been waiting a long time for this. I’m thrilled that the opportunity has finally arrived.” No Kylie, the thrill is all ours :) And I’ll be seeing you in Oakland, LA and NYC this Fall!!

Remember, Kylie will be appearing on The Today Show tomorrow morning (during the 4th hour with Kathy Lee Gifford) on NBC. Make sure you tune in! Kylie is invading the US, y’all. It’s been a long time comin’!!!

Earlier today we got to feast our eyes on a fan-made photo manip of Taylor Lautner in the role of Jacob Black in the new film The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Altho the photo is a fan creation, I think we all agree that it is deffo worth seeing ;) Now we get to see another photo of Taylor Lautner, this time out and about, wearing a nice turquoise v-neck t-shirt. We also get to see a pic of Taylor’s rumored new ladylove Selena Gomez (who we already know has been spending some time with Taylor in Vancouver, BC Canada lately) out and about also wearing what looks to be the very same shirt …

… so the question becomes — are the couple sharing clothes already? Or have they decided to start dressing alike (much in the same way that Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston are known to do). HMMM … whatever is going on it seems pretty clear that these little young’ns are in lurve.
