Here is our first look at new movie poster for Brad Pitt’s new film Inglourious Basterds (which is being directed by Quentin Tarantino) that clearly decrees that Brad is a Basterd … behold:

As you may recall, Basterds tells the tale of a group of Jewish-American Nazi-hunters who brutally scalp and/or behead the Nazis that they found … which, of course, means it will be a nice family-friendly movie. In any event, this is what Brad will look like in his role as Lt. Aldo Raine, described by Tarantino as a “hillbilly straight from the mountains of Tennessee”. I’m not entirely sure how I feel about this film … I think I’ll need to see/hear more before I form an initial opinion. What do y’all think … does this sound like a movie you’d like to see?

Madonna bundled up her kiddies for their weekly sojourn to the Kabbalah Centre in NYC this weekend and she ended up getting her Jesus on too … Jesus Luz, that is, who was spotted escorting Maddy’s eldest child (and only daughter) Lourdes Maria on their way out of their place of worship. Later on in the evening, Maddy left the kids at home and stepped out with her manager Guy Oseary and Jesus to attend the Lady GaGa concert at Terminal 5 in NYC … here are a few pics:

It is plainly obvs that Jesus has fully ingrained himself into Madonna’s very small inner circle. If you are allowed to hang out with her children, you’re in like Flynn. It’s nice that Maddy was able to spend some downtime chillin’ with her family this weekend as her adoption case goes before the Malawian Supreme Court tomorrow. She is not required to be there but I wouldn’t be surprised if she ended up going anyway. I imagine she is very stressed but I’m still hoping for the best for her. Fingers crossed.

Last night David and I met up with Darion and we all made our way out to Dodger Stadium for the LA game vs. the San Diego Padres. I got to attend my first Dodgers game a couple of years ago when Mike graciously scored tix for a bunch of us (some of you may recall we had a great time) so it was time to go back for another game. Neither Darion nor David had seen a Dodgers game so … away we went. It turns out that Randy Jackson was on hand to throw out the first pitch and actor Christian Slater (who I ran into at the Star Trek premiere on Thursday night) was in the hiz for the game as well:

We had an absolute blast. I love going to Dodgers games … while my heart belongs to the Detroit Tigers, I’ve adopted the Dodgers as my second team to root for. Here are a few of the pics that we snapped last night:

The junk food was awesome and the game turned out to be very exciting. We got an extra inning and the Dodgers ended up pulling out the win in very exciting fashion at the last minute. I had never seen Darion and David so excited in my life. Twas really very fun. Sarah was talking about all of going to a Detroit Tigers home game when we are there in few weeks so that might be our next game.

Tonight, David and I are meeting up with Steph and Alek (who we haven’t seen in AGES) for dinner and a movie. I miss those guys so much … it’ll be great to see them again :)

While it may be more advantageous for the lad’s modeling career for him to get himself a little color, I’d never want to suggest that Jason T. do anything to risk harm … so mebbe he needs to pick up a bottle of Lindsay Lohan’s new fake tanning lotion Sevin Nyne on his next visit to his friendly local Sephora. In any event, it’s clear that I got a thing for the lily white guys but even Jason T. takes pastiness to a bit of an extreme. He’s still a cutie tho, well worth ogling. Enjoy!!

Gossip Girl star and apparent soccer fan Ed Westwick took part in the 2nd Annual Brit Night at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA yesterday where he showed off his soccer playing skillz on the hallowed ground where the LA Galaxy win play. Ed was joined by his GG co-star and real-life girlfriend Jessica Szohr who was cheering him on in the (mostly empty) stands … even giving him a kiss for luck along the way:

OUCH! I hope that Jessica is recuperating well from her massive head injury … it’s a shame she had to be seen in public with that massive head bandage strapped to her noggin. Here’s hoping she has a speedy recovery!!! Incidentally, I gotta say that Ed is lookin’ pretty good on the field … mebbe if the acting thing (and that singing thing) doesn’t pan out he can try out for the LA Galaxy … Lord knows they could use another good player.

Lindsay Lohan, who was recently holidaying in Hawaii before launching her new fake tanning lotion here in SoCal this week, has apparently taken up her partygirl ways as she made her way to Montreal, Qc Canada this weekend to do a bit of partying at Tribe Hyperclub. Before her raucous night at the club, Lindsay posed for an impromptu photoshoot at her hotel … where she, once again, busted out her newest trademark pose — the finger in the mouth:

Methinks the nightclub appearance was a paid event because Linds was spotted making her arrival at the Montreal airport early this morning after last night’s late night partying. HMMM. While I was encouraged by her entrepreneurial spirit this week at the launch of her Sevin Nyne fake tanning lotion event, I am now concerned by her apparent return to her nightclub jet-setting ways. Flying around the globe to hang out at nightclubs may be a way to make money but it’s also wrought with far too many temptations … not good. I really hope this return to form is not going to be her new course of action. She’s made so much progress in recent years … I hate to see her get into trubs again.
