The Trek Home
And so … David and I have safely returned home to SoCal after a pretty long day of travel yesterday. We checked out of the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago and made our way to the airport early since we weren’t sure how long it would take to get there in the bizzy Chicago traffic. We made good time and managed to have enough time to eat lunch before our first flight to Minneapolis. Our lay-over was just about 15 mins. so we had to run from one end of the airport to the other to make our flight home to LA. All in all, tho, I have no complaints … both flights were on time and we made it home safe and sound.
I’m very excited for tonight tho … David and I will be attending the Hollywood premiere of Star Trek at Grauman’s Chinese Theater!
I understand the guest list is very cool so we are very much looking forward to a great time. PLUS, I’m very excited to get to see the film :) I promise to take as many photos as I can to share with all y’all on the blog tomorrow!

Saw the movie in Philly at a screeing – it was AWESOME!! I’m not even a huge Trek fan & I LOVED it!!! You will too!!!!!
JJ Abrams is awesome…he captured enough to hold Trek Geeks attention & just knows what others want to see!! I hope you love it too!! : )

LUCKY!!!! ever since i’ve seen some trailers for the movie, i actually went to rent the old movies, which i have never seen before. only have like 3 more movies to see before the big day!
