Sad news to report today … it turns out that becoming BFFs with Paris Hilton isn’t really a bona fide gig. One day you’re in and the next day you’re ass is kicked to the curb and your frantic phone calls and emails go unanswered. Sad. Life & Style magazine is reporting that Paris Hilton has discarded her supposed new BFF Brittany Flickinger in the weeks and months since the young lass won the competition to become Paris‘s new best friend. Apparently, it didn’t take long for Paris to cut off all communication with her new BFF after the TV show finished its run … it turns out that Paris and Brittany are now dunzo!
The honeymoon’s over for Paris Hilton and her Best Friend Forever, Brittany Flickinger. Only four months after the aspiring singer and actress won the MTV reality show Paris Hilton’s My New BFF, she and Paris no longer speak, an insider tells Life & Style. “In fact, they haven’t spoken in two months,” says the insider close to Paris. “All that girl wanted was the free trips, the goodie bags, staying at Paris’ mansion and the parties and clubs. She was desperate for money.” Pals of hers had warned Paris about Brittany too. “She was another one of these girls using Paris to get famous,” says the insider. “We’ve seen it happen a million times. In January at Sundance, Paris realized everything everyone was telling her was the truth.” Perhaps Paris, 28, will choose better the second time around. The new season of the show is currently filming in LA. Meanwhile, according to her MySpace page, Brittany, 24, has been performing music around California and is working on an upcoming album.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! This is so sad. First, Paris goes on nationwide basic cable to find friends and then she can’t even keep them. Yeah, yeah … I know this show is about as jacked up as Paris‘s wonky eyes but I cannot believe that there are people out there who would debase themselves in order to fight for the right to be Paris Hilton‘s fake friend. I’m sorry but I have no sympathy for anyone who goes into a situation like this and thinks that Paris Hilton wants to be their friend. Flickinger deserves to be ridiculed because that is the true prize of winning the competition to be Paris Hilton‘s New BFF. I hope she enjoyed her 15 seconds of fame … I also hope she saved some of that prize money cuz … it sounds like the par-tay is ovah!

I agree, Brittany deserves all the ridicule she gets…but what about Paris? Seriously, she made a reality TV show to find a “BFF” and then she’s surprised when that person is a loser who just wants to use Paris for her money? Note to Paris: if you’re looking for true friends try not to find them through something as lame and self-indulgent as that crappy TV show!
LOL I think this is funny. First right after the show ended they aired this thing were Paris along with her sister and a couple of close freinds all were talking and one questions the Britney asked was “What should I do when it comes to the money, cause I don’t want her (Paris) to pay for everything” and now come to find out that the reason why Paris dumped her as a BFF was because she was using Paris for her money and for the hype. I just think that Paris just shouldn’t have a BFF cause she is never going to find someone that actually cares more about Paris and not Paris’s money. I think I would be a great BFF cause I don’t need the money but I do need the BFF and IM THE BESTEST FRIEND YOU CAN ASK FOR
Paris is ridiculous. In her show she exploits these people, making them do stupid and embarrassing things, and for what? To repeat the process all over again once she is tired of her new BFF and wants more TV air time. But as long as there are people to audition for the show and a station to air it on I guess there is nothing we can do about it, which makes me wonder what the fuck has happened to culture.

Paris isn’t looking for a friend, she’s looking for a sidekick lackey – a yes man (or woman), the ultimate ego stroker. Obviously Paris has to know that this is a joke, she’s not going to find her perfect “friend” because this show is just a vehicle for her to rule the roost of wannabes and be all powerful and look great. Pretty laaaaame. Is she really that dumb that the seriously thinks that she’s going to find a “friend” this way? I doubt it. This is just more about her making money and exposing herself and keeping herself, or her brand, “relevant”.
Friendship isn’t about being someone’s lackey and making only them look good -it’s about supporting one another and give and take. Paris will get what she gives, and that’s nothing.
I don’t think anyone *deserves* to be ridiculed (except maybe Phoebe Price). frankly it’s a sick society that takes people in liek this and spits it out. Paris hilton is just a symptom. I hope brittany got everything she needed out of it. Of course she’s stupid to believe it would last foever if she truly beleived in this friendship.

I feel bad for Britt… OK, maybe going on the show was pretty lame, but give me a break! An “insider” says all she wanted was the free goody bags, fame, etc.? Seems like a convenient excuse for why Paris has to film another BFF show. Like she really needs help finding a bff anyways. Doesn’t L.A. and the likes offer enough blow-hos for her to hang out with. Besides, on another website it said that Paris would take Britt to events and then ditch her to be seen with more “famous” people, like Aubrey O’Day..? WhoTF is that???
uhm i guess paris is always unsatisfied with anybody. she should have no bff. but i think that they are making it up that they are fighting and stuffs so that many people will watch the season two of paris new bff. its so hilarious having a season two of a show entitled Paris Hilton’s My New Bff Hello Bff is Best Friends Forever and doing another one is effin’ insane. it just means that Paris is looking for a bestfriend for that season but gonna find another one for the next season oh my its effin crazy! oh btw i love brittany and i think she doesnt deserve to be treated that way. =)
