Here are a few photos of a very happy-looking Lindsay Lohan enjoying a day of sun and surf (literally) on her last day on the island of Maui, HI yesterday. She was joined by her little sister Aliana Lohan (who, apparently, has no other commitments to tend to these days and can afford to go on holiday with her big sister) for a day of surfing … behold:

Lindsay Lohan looked like she didn’t have a care in the world as she rode the waves in Hawaii yesterday. The actress laughed as she showed her ample surfing skills on the final day of her getaway in Hawaii. The 22-year-old has been holidaying on the paradise island in a bid to get away from it all after her split from Samantha Ronson three weeks ago. In contrast to the skimpy bikinis she has been wearing on her week-long vacation, Lindsay covered up her skinny figure with an ill-fitting black swimsuit. Earlier on Wednesday, Lindsay had spent another day relaxing by the pool and enjoying the sun with her younger sister Ali and a few friends. Following a heart-to-heart with DJ Samantha last Thursday night, the 22-year-old jetted to Hawaii for some much needed time out … In between swimming and enjoying the sun, Lindsay repeatedly checked her Blackberry for messages and made friends with a local dog. She also caught up on some reading with a telling book entitled The Little Teal Book Of Trust by Jeffrey Gitomer, which teaches the reader how to trust people and be trustworthy.

It really looks like this vacay is doing wonders for Lindsay‘s disposition. She always looks happy and really seems to be enjoying herself. Altho her little sister Ali should prolly be in school working on her scholastic education (you know, in case her attempt at a music career doesn’t really pan out), it appears that her presence in Hawaii to be with Lindsay has been helping her stay grounded:

Much like the isle of St. Lucia appears to have mellowed out Amy Winehouse, it seems as if the isle of Maui has done a bit of the same for Lindsay. But, alas, Lindsay‘s time in Hawaii has come to an end. Methinks that she will be returning to SoCal in no time … and will most likely reunite with Samantha Ronson who is also due back home in LA after her recent trip to NYC.

Yesterday we learned the amazing news that Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick are expecting the birth of twin girls via surrogate this Summer and today we get to see a few photos of SJP running errands in the city on the days after news broke of her impending twins. Lookin’ very much like like her Sex and the City character Carrie Bradshaw, SJP was spotted running around Manhattan taking care of a few errands … which included a trip to the Just Kidding toy store in Chelsea:

Again, I have to say how thrilled I am that SJP and Matthew are going to be new parents again. Now that their little boy James Wilkie is 6 years old, I think it’s the perfect time for the couple to welcome new children into the family. By the looks of her purchases at the toy store, the new items she picked up are prolly for her 6 year old son rather than for her unborn baby girls. SJP picked up Crocodile Dentist, Art-Omino, Elite Fleet radio-controlled toy airplanes and Clue Suspects … most likely to make little James Wilkie feel loved now that everyone is making a fuss about the twin baby girls. I love SJP as a mom and I am very happy that her family is expanding. Altho there we cannot do a Bump Watch for SJP, I think we can still follow her progress as she awaits the arrival of her new babies.

Never a pair to shy away from causing a scene, newlyweds Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt (who were married in a legal ceremony for the MTV cameras in Pasadena, CA last weekend) were forced to cut short their honeymoon to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for fear of the spreading swine flu or H1N1 virus that is plaguing the country there. Making their grand arrival at LAX Airport while wearing surgical masks last night, Speidi made sure to pose for the cameras as they made their way thru the sea of paparazzi:

Only Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt would think to turn the threat of a flu pandemic into a publicity-seeking photo opportunity. The stars of The Hills, who will really stop at nothing to get attention from the paparazzi, put on a ridiculous display of affection as they touched down at Los Angeles airport yesterday. The pair kissed each other – through surgical masks – the moment they clapped eyes on a waiting pack of photographers. They had just flown in from a brief honeymoon in swine flu-hit Mexico, where Heidi also recorded a music video for her single Sex Ed. Heidi wrote on Twitter that she was ‘so sad to leave Mexico,’ but ‘ready to get out of pig flu country!’ Spencer told radio host Ryan Seacrest earlier this week that they were “definitely wearing face masks everywhere”. He added: “I’m not playing – I’m not trying to get pig flu. We’re in isolation, we’re in full hiding.” Well, not exactly. They did enjoy a beach stroll especially for the paparazzi.

Uh, yeah, THESE photos show that the couple were not in hiding and were happy to take thier little show to the beaches of Cabo San Lucas for a little more publicity. Did I ever occur to anyone that Mexico just decided to expel them back to the US to keep the infestation to a minimum? Just a guess. In any event, Speidi did managed to pull their masks down far enough so that they could exchange some of their own germs between them:

So now … whatever they’ve got individually they now share together. Fitting, no?

A new bunch of video visuallettes from Tori Amos have made their way to the Internets with each one representing a song from her new album Abnormally Attracted to Sin which is due to hit stores on May 19. Newlyweds Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady, who were wed earlier this month for the second time in Costa Rica (after they were first married in February in Santa Monica, CA), have popped up in Vancouver, BC Canada (along with pretty much everyone else, it seems) with Tom‘s young son John Edward in tow. It turns out that John‘s mother Bridget Moynahan is filming in Vancouver so Tom and Gisele decided to spend part of their honeymoon in Canada to spend time with his son — after all, as you may recall, Gisele told Vanity Fair magazine that she feels as if John were her very own child, too. Here are a few supercute pics of the happy family:

I understand the threesome spent part of their Saturday tooling around downtown Vancover before they jumped aboard the AquaBus to visit Granville Island (and also to do some canoodling). It looks like the couple are enjoying the married life … and that they are doing everything possible to make sure that little John feels included in their new family unit. They make a cute fam, don’tchathink?

Heidi Montag, who officially and legally became Mrs. Pratt this past Saturday afternoon when she finally married long-time beau Spencer Pratt, is reportedly considering posing for Playboy magazine … and, according to Life & Style magazine, her new hubby is encouraging her to do so. Is there nothing that this couple won’t do for a little publicity?

Besides being Mrs. Pratt, Heidi may have another new role in the works: Playboy Playmate! Life & Style can exclusively reveal that Heidi’s in negotiations to pose for magazine. “She wants to do it,” the insider confirms. “It’s just a matter of working out the details.” The insider tells Life & Style that Spencer is encouraging her to do it and is working on negotiating a $500,000 deal for his wife.

While I can’t say that I’m particularly surprised at this report, it doesn’t really jibe with Heidi‘s overt Christianity. Every day the girl tweets about Jesus and/or the Bible … I cannot imagine that posing nude in Playboy magazine is really sanctioned by the church. Then again, Speidi really know how to capitalize on an opportunity and if Heidi could score the cover of Playboy magazine and pocket a half million, I bet the couple would go for it. Sadly, today is our last day in Chicago, IL as David and I are scheduled to fly back to SoCal in a couple of hours. We have had the best time here and while our stay was far too short, I think David got a good sense of how amazing this city is so we will deffo be back. Yesterday was a nice relaxing day for us … we stayed near our temporary home away from home The Hard Rock Hotel Chicago and had THE most sumptuous dinner at the China Grill. On the advice of our server, we tried a multi-course meal that was so full of deliciousness that I can’t even fully convey how tasty everything was. Each course was more tasty that the previous one … it was truly a great meal. I cannot recommend China Grill more … if you are in the city and have yet to eat here, YOU MUST. It’s really fantastic. Here are a few photos from our stay here in Chicago …

Much love goes out to our friends Joe, Lea, Shea, Sarah and Mark for making our visit to Chicago extra special and much love and many thanks goes out to John and his entire staff here at the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago. We were made to feel so welcome at every turn … this was my second stay at the Hard Rock and the service just keeps getting better. Perfect location, great amenities and a great staff make this place my fave! I hope we are able to come back soon. David and I just love it here :)

Sad news today for Sean Penn and wife Robin Wright Penn (well, depending on your perspective, I suppose) … Extra! TV is reporting that Sean has filed for divorce after the couple unsuccessfully tried to save their marriage from the last time they almost divorced. The couple almost called it quits back in December of 2007 but decided to give their marriage another go … unfortch for the pair, it just didn’t work out. The Penns are dunzo, y’all:

Back in 2007, Sean Penn filed for divorce from wife Robin Wright Penn, then they decided to give it another go, but it seems that it hasn’t worked out, as Sean just filed for legal separation, “Extra” has exclusively learned. The two have been married since 1996 and have two teenage children. It’s been a big year for Penn, 48, who won nearly every major award for his work in “Milk,” including a Best Actor Oscar. Last time they filed, the couple sought joint custody of the kids, which will likely be the case again this time. Penn was previously married to Madonna.

I was pretty certain that the couple were dunzo for good back in 2007 but when they decided to try and work things out and then stayed together for all of 2008, I had totally forgotten that they were near break-up and just figured that they had sorted out all of their probs. I guess it just goes to show that some relationships cannot be salvaged. Sean and Robin always looked like a good match to me … I guess, in the end, it just wasn’t meant to be. Altho, if the couple managed to patch things up last time I suppose it’s possible that they can do it again. Whatever the case, I wish them both well.

It is time again for People magazine to release their annual 100 Most Beautiful People issue and this year they have selected actress and breast cancer survivor Christina Applegate to grace the cover of the issue. Christina herself credits her man Martyn Lenoble for her beauty and talks about how his love for her is what makes her beauty shine. Considering the life-changing effect that enduring a double mastectomy has on a woman, I am very impressed with Christina’s attitude about her beauty (which is on full display in this issue of People magazine). I, for the life of me, cannot imagine what it must be like to survive a bout with cancer so my hat is off to her in that respect. I suppose congrats are in order for being named by People magazine as one of the 100 Most Beautiful People.
