Instead of having it removed, it would be easier to only date women named Mariah or that at least don’t mind him calling them Mariah or that don’t mind the tattoo. That tattoo isn’t going anywhere. I thought that was that tattoo he got when Mariah got “Mrs Cannon” on her back, altho a lot smaller.
