Kathy Griffin Shows Off Her Bikini Bod
Kathy Griffin, who just last weekend hosted the A-List Awards for Bravo TV here in SoCal, is featured in the new issue of OK! magazine showing off her rockin’ bikini bod … like, for real … check it out:
Kathy Griffin’s got a hot body and she isn’t afraid to show it! “I’ve become insufferable, tormenting my friends, saying, ‘Do you know I have a banging bikini bod?’ That should be my new name: Banging Bikini Bod Griffin,” she jokes to OK!. She recently showed off her slim figure during an outing with Paris Hilton. “A lot more guys were looking at me than Paris,” says Kathy, who, at 5 feet, 3 inches, weighs a svelte 118 pounds. “Granted, they were gay, but they were checking out my hot ass!” Don’t stare too hard though, fellas – Kathy says she’s not just another pretty face. “I am more than a golden, tanned sexpot. I am a woman, damn it, with thoughts and feelings!” she tells OK!. So how does she keep her trim figure? “I work out five days a week for an hour to an hour and a half, and my personal trainer comes to the house,” she reveals. “I need to have my ass kicked.” The reality star also claims her curves are au natural, telling OK! she hasn’t had any work done recently. “Not since 2003 when I had a face-lift,” she explains. “My breasts are very real and very floppy. Why have surgery when you could just get a good freaking bra?”

There is no question that Kathy has clearly worked hard to get her bod in top form but … something about these pics makes her look more like a female weightlifter rather than a sexy vixen. I’m not sure what it is exactly but there is no softness or femininity in these photos … she really looks like she could kick some ass, tho. Still, I think it’s great that Kathy is proud enough of her hard work to show off her body in this way in a tabloid magazine. What do y’all think … is Kathy Griffin bringin’ the sexy in these photos?*

I don’t know why but it is impossible for me to look at pictures of Kathy Griffin in a bikini and think of her as a sex goddess. I do like her though and she does look great and she obviously worked hard to look like this so I say, good for her!

Well, hell, we would all have a rockin body like that if we could afford a personal trainer coming to our homes 5 times a week for an hour and a half. Anybody here able to afford that? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? I love her and all, but THAT is not a real-world situation — she’d be a lazy fool if she DIDN’T look like that, you know?

She is clenched like a body builder in a pose hence no softness. Maybe she has a rockin bod but isn’t comfortable posing for a magazine in a bikini. Just theorizing. She looks good. I could clench from ears to toes and not look this good.

she looks fantastic, but she is rocking a classic Kathy Griffin pose, which was better suited to hiding her (former) chub. From the angle and the way she’s twisting her body it creates tension in her muscles making her look more hard….. That’s why she looks so weight lifter-y. My high school health teacher was a former body builder herself, and her (terrifying) photos from her competitions she would stand in these sorts of poses… NONE THE LESS Kathy looks amazing, and many many kudos to her for whatever she’s done to look so fab (though I hope it was all healthy methods, because if she took a shortcut the lbs will come back and it will be more devastating following this great photo spread)

I wonder how Valerie Bertinelli feels about the timing of these Kathy G pics?
I full on love Kathy Griffin – we went to her show in Vancouver back in January and it was filmed as part of the first episode for her next season of D List … can’t wait to “see it” again! But she wasn’t wearing a bikini on stage at that time so I guess I didn’t realize how in shape she is. I think she looks great here and considering she’s 49, her bod’s looking pretty damn good.

Her body does look really good….which suprises me….but she is a but-a-face….everything on her looks hot….but her face…hahaha

Leave Kathy alooonnnnneeeeeeee!! (or I will do a video a la Chrissy Crocker!). Kathy is amazing. Look at her, damn! She is pushing 50. I would hazard to guess most of us don’t have that kind of body at 1/2 her age.
Does anyone know why the hell My Life on the D List isn’t out on dvd?? Only season 1 has come out. Love that show.
