Just because the results of their situations were different, doesn’t mean the punishment and/or persecution for their actions causing those results should be different. Brandy’s victim died, but she did not flee the scene. Halle did flee the scene. And just because her victim didn’t die, doesn’t make what she did less deplorable. In my opinion, fleeing the scene of an accident that you caused is the lowest disregard for human life a person can show.

Chase ,the person in Brandy’s case died, the person in Halle’s case did not. That seems like a pretty big difference to me.

Yeah, I agree about the hit and run. I think it is a little unfair how she got away with it so easy while the likes of Brandy who did the same thing got majorly scrutinized for it… and I don’t like these photos as well.

@Troy… i thought i was the only one in the world that despises Halle Berry for that hit and run! I can’t ever get past that for some reason.. maybe for her lack of remorse? I also don’t like how she pulls out her break-up sob stories repeatedly when she stumps for her movies. i ALSO did not appreciate when she made fun of the fact that she was playing a super hero (in X-Men by favorite comic book), then when Xmen made a lot of money she was all about the movie…. those last two points are pretty petty compared to the hit and run!

Er, she ran a red light at Doheny and Sunset, smashed into another car (completely totalling it) then fled the scene leaving her victim for dead. Her defense for the cold-blooded hit and run: I was too “upset” to stop (though she did have the presence of mind to drive HERSELF to the emergency room.) In the legal mess that followed her lawyers (with her approval) had the audacity to portray the woman she hit as a golddigging opportunist out to exploit and extort a celebrity. In other words, Halle = Victim. Sorry, she ain’t so pretty on the inside.
