Yesterday morn was our last day at David’s family home in Connecticut. The morning was spent lounging and Easter egg hunting. After our Passover fun on Friday night, Sunday morning was relegated to the Easter side of the fam:

While it was pretty dang chilly outside yesterday, the Easter egg hunt went off without a hitch. David’s father, or should I say the “Easter bunny”, gifted us all with Easter bags of our own filled with candy, fruit and toys. But we couldn’t hang out all day long as David’s brother Aram had to catch his flight back to San Francisco, CA and the rest of us had to make our way to NYC.
We got into town about mid afternoon and rested for a bit before David and I went out to meet his friends Marissa, Ryan and Isaac and my friend Jordan (who is randomly in NYC at the same time). We met up at 1 Oak for drinks but decided to head over to SoHo House for a late dinner. It’s great being back in the city again … but it is coooooold.
Tonight, David and I are meeting up for dinner with his friend Sashie (who’s wedding we attended in Jackson Hole, WY last Fall) who is pregs!!! I’m very excited to see her. Our stay in NY will be short, we fly back to LA tomorrow night.

I love hunting for Easter eggs. So much fun!!
Does anyone else think that girl with Ryan Seacrest looks familiar? I can’t quite put my finger on it.
I love David’s family. They seem so awesome. any chance they’re looking to adopt? Haha.
The picture of David holding up his eggs is too adorable!
I want the garden gremlin!
