Listen up SoCal fans of Nicole Richie … Ms. Richie will be making a special in-store appearance at the new Kitson store on Melrose Ave. this Saturday from 2-4PM and she wants YOU to come out and see her:
Of course, she’d also love it if you purchased some items from her just launched House of Harlow Jewelry line which will be available for sale at Kitson as well. As the flyer notes, folks who spend at least $75 on her jewelry line will be brought to the front of the line for their meet-and-greet … sounds fun! If any of y’all venture out to see Nicole, you can send our congratulations to her on the impending arrival of her new child. Find out if she’s got a burgeoning baby bump or not! I’ve been lucky enough to spend quite a bit of time with Nicole and I can assure you, she is a doll. Make sure you say hey for me if any of y’all go :)

I would go check it out if it didn’t require a plane ride, cause I am not driving that far. I could spend a few hundred for myself and gifts for the rest of the year. I do all my shopping throughout the year so it is done and I don’t have to worry about it.

I really cannot see how meeting her could be an interesting experience, I mean she’s only famous for being Paris Hilton’s friend and Richie’s daughter. But good luck to those willing to spend money for that.

I can’t say going to a meet and greet holds any appeal to me, whether I’m a fan or not. Standing in a line for hours and possibly spending loads of money for an autograph and a picture (if even that, I know some meet and greets photos aren’t allowed) kinda ruins the pleasure of meeting someone you admire.

I agree, why would I care about meeting Nicole Richie? Why is she even a celebrity…all we talk in regards to her these days is that she can make cute offspring…Yeah, yeah, she has a jewelry line…so does every other celeb!

I don’t understand the point of selling tickets to this meet and greet. Are the proceeds from ticket sales at least earmarked for the Richie Madden Children’s Foundation? I hope so. Otherwise it just doesn’t make any sense to me why they’d be selling tix to a meet n’ greet. It doesn’t seem like such a sound business idea if their goal is to get folks in the door, snappin’ up the bling.

I also have no idea why anyone would buy tickets to meet Nicole Richie, she hasn’t done anything except be extremely thin and have a baby. Why is she even famous?
