Lindsay Lohan is featured on the cover and in the pages of the 10th anniversary issue of Nylon magazine. In her coverstory interview, Lindsay talks about her love of photoshoots, her opinion on Britney Spears and alludes to a new film project with Sean Penn … and hopefully Seth Rogan. Here is Lindsay on the cover of the 10th Anniversary issue of Nylon and some excerpts from her coverstory interview:
It’s our 10th anniversary, so we knew our cover had to be huge. That meant only one thing: Lindsay Lohan. The starlet and self proclaimed “tabloid obsession” sits down with NYLON for a candid chat.
On Having Her Picture Taken: I love doing photo shoots… I mean, if I could just sign with IMG and do ad campaigns and model more, I’d do that… because that’s fun for me. That’s not work.
Her one Mean Girls reference: There’s not much I can do about the fact that I’ve become a kind of tabloid obsession. I can’t change that. And yes, the websites, the gossip pages, and all of that stuff have hurt my career – they’re like the Burn Books of Hollywood… but I really don’t feel like I should have to prove myself to anyone because of living out my college years in the public eye. I’m glad everything happened the way it did.
On Britney Spears: She’s marketed as an entertainer, which is what she is. Not necessarily as, like, an artist. And I respect that about her, cause she doesn’t want to pretend.
On her future: I’m talking to [lots of people]. One is Sean Penn – I spoke to him again the other day. We’re trying to get Seth Rogen for this project, but Seth won’t call us back. So call us back, Seth, if you’re reading this!

Is it just me or are these photos just … blah? The beret and black striped top seems tired … add the cigarette and it’s a cliche. I dunno, I guess for the 10th anniversary of a magazine, you’d think they would’ve come up with something more inventive. Nicole Richie‘s photospread for BlackBook magazine is much more interesting. I suppose I’m marginally interested in reading the full interview as it’s published in the mag but there isn’t really that much here to really pull me in. Mebbe I’ll just read the interview at the book store … there’s got to be something interesting in the mag, right?

First I agree this has to be one of Nylon’s weakest photo spreads and too bad to because I love me some Lohan, but the lame interview q&a and crudy pics I have to say, pass!

You can’t live out your college years without going to college!!! You are paid millions and millions of dollars to act, you CHOSE a job that requires you to be a professional and judges your personal life and gives you work based on how much of a grown up you are! Either actually effing GO TO COLLEGE and give that up, or stop acting stupid, getting drunk, experimenting, all in public, AND expect millions and lots of work! CHOOSE one or the other!

The Ad just confuses me a bit, i thought i was on acid for a moment.
I love Lindsay, but i wish she would get her act together, i want to see more movies with her in it. also i would say somethng like “seth wont call me back” thats just embarrasing.
That is not all her hair. She does those super long extensions on purpose. She hides behind her hair.
