I was at a tapas restaurant for my birthday in Chicago a couple weeks ago that sends out something quite similar for their birthday dessert (that Mel Gibson requested for Rene Russo). I received a caremelized banana with whipped cream at the tip that had at the other end 2 balls of vanilla ice cream. It was delish! Apparently Cafe Iberico sends that out for everyone on their birthday–dudes too. I thought it was hilarious.

A good family friend lives in La Habra and really close to where Ocotomom is living right now..She said there’s helicopters over the neighborhood all the time..It’s so jacked..And, yes, this woman is horrible, but that crowd of people and paparrazi was SCARY to watch! Maybe she’s eating it up..I don’t know..But it makes me sick to my tummy thinking about the kids being around all of that craziness beyond the craziness of the mom..
@ Kendra… Yeah i live in La Habs & i actually have 2 friends who live on that street.. and it really was chaos… octomom is an idiot and loves the attention but i just feel sorry for those kids as well… our poor little has been taken over w/octomom fever…soo sad..
@Marisa – I grew up in Whittier and it was so crazy to hear all the news outlets talking about her living there! My little hometown all over the news? Crazy! And now La Habra? It’s just very bizarre..I feel for your friends.. :(

Ugh so awful!!
I really hope to see a post tomorrow about Natasha Richardson. She was a huge star and a beautiful and accomplished actress. This situation sadens me so much. One day you are on a fun not dangerous ski trip with your healthy mother, next thing you know she is brain dead and being taken off life support. My heart goes out to her loving family.
Vale Natasha. I feel so sorry for Liam and their sons. And the rest of the family too of course. Such a tragedy.
Pete Burns has an extremely dedicated international fan base showing the love big time on the deadoralive.net forum. It’s really amazing actually… folks who didn’t even belong to the forum before now are signing up simply to express their heartfelt sympathy and wishes for a speedy recovery.
I really love Pete so much, he is a true original and I wish the majority of folks could look past their own fear and misunderstanding and realize how smart the guy is.
