Actor Jeremy Piven got to hang out with rapper Snoop Dogg at Kanye West’s Grammy Party last month and new photos of the party-goers have come to light. It would seem that Piven and Snoop indulged in a little of the smokey smoke:
LOLOLOL! HMMM … I wonder what the guys were smoking in that blunt … cuz I’d bet a lot of money that it wasn’t tobacco. Honestly, tho, if you’re gonna get caught smokin’ down I guess it’s kinda cool to get “caught” with Snoop Dogg. Is it Friday yet?

I am curious as to how Snoop doesn’t get hounded by the police everyday. Since he’s so open about smoking. And it would be cool to smoke with him, but I bet he bogarts ;-)

how come other celebrities can get their picture taken smoking weed and it’s OK….but poor Michael Phelps got completely trashed by everyone when he smoked weed?? Believe me, I have no problem with smoking weed, I do it myself, but I don’t get why it was such a huge deal for Michael Phelps and not for other celebrities….is it because Phelpsie was an Olympic winner? I don’t get that!! Oh and I would LOVE to smoke a blunt with Snoop Dogg…hahaha

@beautiful disaster: I’m pretty sure it’s because Phelps is a widely successful Olympic athlete and role model. I don’t think any parent would ever encourage their kids to look up to either Snoop or Piven, lol.

That’s so funny!!! The reason why its was soo bad with Michael Phelps is because 1 he’s not a rapper he’s an athlete 2 his endorsements I think they are trying to project a more healthier image! Also Snoop Doggie’s image is getting high all the time!!its like Snoop=Smoking weed (hahaha)This is just MY thoughts on why its seems ok for Snoop and not Michael :)

If the cops went after every pot smoker they’d never get anything done. It’s a complete waste of time when they have bigger fish to fry. Most pot smokers I know, including myself, smoke in their homes, or maybe at a party like the Pivs and Snoop appear to be, and just chill out. The biggest motivation when you’re stoned is maybe scrounge for some food when you’ve got the munchies, otherwise you’re not really doing a whole lot else except having some deep, meaningful conversations;)

@beautiful disaster: I totally agree and thought the same thing. So if Michael Phelps was a rapper, it would then be ok for him to smoke up/down whatev in public? Riiiight. You know, rappers are role models for many children out there….like it or not. If we’re gonna let all these other celebs slide we shouldn’t be so hard on MP either.
