TMZ is reporting that Coolio, née Artis Leon Ivey, Jr., was *just* arrested at LAX Airport when he tried to board a Southwest Airlines flight and got caught with crack cocaine on his person as he tried to make is way thru security. Apparently, Coolio lost his cool and tried to get physical with the security personnel … and he is currently being booked by the cops right now. He’s busted, y’all:

TMZ has learned Coolio has just been arrested at LAX for possession of crack cocaine. We’re told the rapper was going through a security screening to get to his Southwest Airlines flight when a screener found crack cocaine on his person. Sources close to the situation tell us Coolio — real name Artis Leon Ivey, Jr. — got physical with the screener at some point during the incident. Coolio is being booked by LAX police right now.

Damn. Well, crack is whack … and if you’re dumb enough to use it, you’re prolly dumb enough to think you can sneak it by airport security and prolly deserved to get busted for your dumbness. Just say no, folks. See what using drugs gets you?
