Audrina Patridge Promotes Divine Rights Of Denim … I Think
The Hills star Audrina Patridge, who just signed on to create a reality TV series of her own with producer Mark Burnett, is the new celebrity spokesperson for Divine Rights of Denim and is featured in new campaign ads for the line … at least, I think she is. New promo images have been released that feature a girl who looks like Audrina but, due to the heavy Photoshop work that has been done to the photos, I cannot be entirely sure:
Don’t get me wrong, Audrina is a beautiful woman but these photos have been manipulated to the point where she is almost unrecognizable. Her facial features have been softened considerably, especially in her mouth region. She looks pretty spectacular but if you’re gonna hire Audrina to be your spokesperson, why would you manipulate her photos to the point where she doesn’t look like Audrina anymore?

Because advertisements are run by idiotic, unrealistic, soulless assholes. I’m sorry, but the fact that they continuously photoshop a face where it’s not even human says a lot about what kind of people are in charge in that industry. Disgusting.

Airbrushing can be a cool tool – when it’s NOT overused in a way that’s supposed to be unnoticeable… It’s a neat tool that CAN enhance a picture, if used for lighting and maybe giving the photo a certain feel.. BUT – I don’t understand WHY the photoshoppers or the mags would WANT to CHANGE a person so much, that they are unrecognizable, or have a body part that they dont’ actually possess…. it’s okay to be DEFORMED by photo manipulators…. but NOT okay to be yourself? WTF? Everything is so fake. WHY do they do it, when everyone has a pretty good idea on what the person should look like anyway!!!???

She looks like Kourtney Kardashian! Also, you have to realize that she has gotten some “work” done recently. She got an upper fill to her top lip which actually looks good compared to her non-existent top lip before. She will always be ceiling eyes to me. <3

Omg, I’m loving Slartibartfazt’s “just the light” comment! It’s kind of scary that some kids aren’t even aware of how much people abuse photo editing software because they’re accustomed to looking at ads and spreads like that at all time. Scaryyyyyyyy

It isn’t photoshop.. if you have seen any recent pics of her you would know that she got a ton of plastic surgery… this is actually pretty close to what she looks like now.. she had her teeth fixed and her lips plumped, not to mention her eyes done!

i never thought she was pretty; her eyes are too wide apart. are her boobs fake? nonetheless im glad they did the photoshop, the real undoctored pictures wouldnt have been this beautiful.
