Ok, while I admit she does look much healthier these days….why on EARTH would you wear something like this TO COURT? The first photos made me think it was a little too low cut, but that it was probably at least knee length….not so much. A little risque in my opinion, and I’d have to believe any judge or jury would agree. Would someone buy the girl a nice suit??

Good for Amy for cleaning things up.

Nevertheless, she absolutely does NOT deserve a visa to the US because of this. Thousands of *law abiding* citizens from all over the world are denied entrance to the US for petty reasons and suspicions. Amy does not deserve automatic clearance just because it would boost her floundering career. Deal with it like the rest of us.

I think we all reached a concencus that she does not deserve a break. Celebrities, just like any other person, need to pay for their crimes. It is definately not cool that she hits people when she’s messed up. Believe me, after so many times of this happening, she’s lucky she has bodyguards around when she gets crazy, or else somebody would have beat her ass by now. Believe me, if the public was being hard on her, she would be in jail and not on the radio or an award winning artist. She’s lucky to have loyal fans for being such an ass!!!

I get that she tried or at least seemed to in these pics but really the hair and makeup do nothing for her appearance. Granted it does look like she showered but the rats nest on top of her head just makes it look awful… I get it’s all part of her persona or whatever but I think it’s time for a change. I do like her dress though… even if it is a little skimpy for court… here’s hoping the judge liked her, uh, assets!! At least she’s trying…

She tends to get away with a lot because she is a celebrity, a normal drug user on assault charges in England would be given a sentance or some sort of penality. I love Amy Winehouses music, but its wrong to think that celebritys are above the law! So there.

I don’t think someone should be praised for doing something they should have been doing in the first place. It’s like giving a kid a car for graduating from high school. HELLO?!? You’re SUPPOSED to graduate from high school!
Addicts need to hit rock bottom. If her rock bottom is jail, then so be it.

Trent…. are you kidding? This heroin junkie needs to learn it is not OK to assault people. Yes she is cleaning up her act, but that hardly deserves a prize. How about people who have never done drugs and been a nasty mess. Those are the people that should be rewarded. Yes it is great if she pulls it together but let’s see it stick for a few years before we applaud her!

Well, if she really did assault someone she should at least pay damages. But it is nice to see her looking healthier and more with it, and I hope she will continue to be that way. She has a lot of talent and it would be a shame to waste it.
