Earlier this week new photos surfaced of football legend Joe Montana and his family enjoying themselves while on vacay in Hawaii which managed to pique my interests but not because of Daddy Joe … more so because of Joe’s son Nate who looked like he was enjoying himself all by, well, himself. Here are a few photos of Nate Montana playing with some balls on the beach in Hawaii this week:

See, just like little Levi Alves McConaughey may grow up to be just like his surfin’ dad Matthew McConaughey so, too, might Mr. Nate Montana follow in his father Joe’s ball-handling footsteps. But, while Joe Montana may be adept at handling footballs, young master Nate is clearly more skilled at handling all sorts of balls … so, Nate wins! Matthew McConaughey packed up the babymama and the baby boy (and brought along some friends) for a trip to the beach in Malibu, CA this weekend to get his son Levi Alves acclimated to dad’s affinity for surfing. Altho the weather wasn’t quite as sunny as he may have liked and the water was deffo not warm enough to enjoy without a rubber suit, it still looks like Matty and co. had themselves a fine time at the beach … behold:

As you may recall, Matthew didn’t waste any time bringing his son to the beach after he was born last Summer but back then the little guy had to be kept secure in a sack. This time, Levi is a bit bigger and can prolly appreciate the outing more than he did before. I’m sure that Matthew will have his boy out and riding the waves with him in no time. Ah, these little buggers grow up so fast … I’m sure it wont’ be long before we see little Levi all growed up and surfing right alongside his hawt dad … possibly showing him up. But, for now, the little tyke is still too small to get his feet wet … but, you’ll see, it won’t be long now.

Yesterday morning we learned that Lindsay Lohan is a wanted woman in the city of Beverly Hills, CA after the police in that jurisdiction issued a warrant for her arrest stemming from the aftermath of her 2007 arrest for DUI/hit-and-run and her alleged failure to fulfill the terms of her probation. Lindsay’s lawyer calls this warrant a “misunderstanding” and plans to clear up the whole matter in court tomorrow … but L. Lo’s drama still managed to lure the police to her amid all of her court drama. Apparently, there was an incident at Samantha Ronson’s home that resulted in neighbors calling the police to investigate. All the cops found was some broken glass and no one home (altho it is being reported that the girls were, indeed, home and just opted out of answering the door). Linds is taking no chances and is trying to stay out of the sight of the police until her arrest warrant is cleared up so as to avoid possibly getting arrested. Lindsay Lohan is technically a wanted woman, but it’s unlikely she’ll be arrested before her showdown in court tomorrow. As we reported, a Beverly Hills judge issued the warrant Friday after honchos from the alcohol ed program claimed Lindsay wasn’t complying with the terms of her probation. We’re told the alleged violation is not about her using drugs or alcohol — it’s about enrollment in the program… something her new lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, calls a “misunderstanding.” Cops were called to Sam’s home yesterday after Sam and Lindsay got in a nuclear argument. Police went to the door but Lindsay and Sam wouldn’t open it. LAPD sources say they will not arrest Lindsay on the warrant, partly because of confusion over the manner in which it was issued. Lindsay is in hiding now. She won’t go near Bev Hills because cops there will arrest her if they find her. We’re told as of now she won’t appear in court tomorrow morning. That will change if the judge demands her presence.

LOL! I mean, it sucks that Linds is going thru this right now, especially since she’s managed to keep her nose out of trubs for so long, but it is kinda comical that L. Ron’s drama manages to garner the attention of the cops even when the ladies are working really hard to keep out of sight so that Linds doesn’t risk getting arrested. L. Ron sure know about drama … broken windows, public street fights, arguments on video … at least we know there is passion betwixt the two of them. I’m pretty sure this warrant will be settled in court tomorrow … I doubt Lindsay will be arrested. But, when you’re living La Dolce Vita, I guess you can never be too sure.
