Paris Hilton and new flame Doug Reinhardt, who are still currently enjoying a bit of vacay time in Hawaii, appear to have taken their relationship to the next level. Doug’s mother Kelly has joined the pair on their holiday and was seen chillin’ with her son and his new ladylove on the island of Maui this week, behold:

It’s hard to know what to wear when you meet a new boyfriend’s parents for the first time. Is the dress too low-cut? The hemline too short? Or, in Paris Hilton’s case, will your new mother-in-law’s outfit overshadow yours? As the heiress and new boyfriend Doug Reinhardt holidayed in Hawaii yesterday, they were joined by his lookalike mother. With their bleached blonde hair, tanned skin, lipgloss and sundresses Paris and Kelly Reinhardt could have been sisters. But while Paris carried a petite white bag she was out-accessorized by Kelly, who chose an eye-catching oversized embellished designer bag.

Oh yes … yes, yes, yes … you can DEFFO tell that Paris fits in PERFECTLY with the Reinhardts. If I remember correctly, and I think I do, the Reinhardt family got their riches because they invented the frozen burrito. As you may recall, Casey Reinhardt (Doug’s younger sister) was part of the cast of the second season of MTV’s Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and explained to her friends that that was her her family made their money … via the invention of the frozen burrito(I remember the scene, cuz Casey was screaming for her maid Esmeralda to make a batch of quesadillas for her and her friends to eat on her bed … and she called them quesa-dillas with the Ls incorrectly pronounced). My point is that a hotel heirass and a frozen burrito heir sound like they were truly made for one another. Paris Hilton need only look at Mama Reinhardt to see her future … I can’t get over how well-suited they are for one another.

But Pug Dilton did more in Hawaii than just hang out with Doug’s mom … oh yes … they spent part of their time scuba diving and mugging for the cameras, natch! After the jump, check out more pics of the playful pair in paradise …

Apparently, a lot of people want to see Michael Jackson in concert. What initially started out as a 10 show residency at London’s O2 Arena quickly turned into a 20 show residency. Now, because the demand is so high (reportedly record-breaking heights), his residency at the O2 Arena has been expanded to 50 dates … which means his “Summer” This Is It Tour will now carry into the first couple months of 2010:

Michael Jackson will now play 50 dates at London’s O2 arena, continuing his farewell residency well into 2010. The 50-year-old has added new shows throughout the first two months of the year, ending on 24 February. Some 360,000 pre-sale tickets have been sold so far and if all 50 dates sell out, Jackson will have sold a million seats for the run of shows. Organisers say the This Is It tour has become the fastest selling in history, with 33 seats sold each minute. Jackson is said to be “thrilled” by the response. Randy Phillips of promoters AEG Live said: “Not only are these concerts unparalleled, these records will never be broken. “We knew this was show business history, but this is a cultural phenomenon.” Pre-sale tickets for Jackson’s first 10 dates sold out on Tuesday but some fans complained of “technical problems” trying to register online. Ticketmaster director Chris Edmonds said demand was “unprecedented”. He added: “Unfortunately due to a technical issue, we were unable to facilitate all immediate ticket requests. Apologies to those fans who were unable to log on, but fans should keep on trying to purchase tickets.” Additional codes are being issued, the organisers said, with registration being dealt with on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are only being sold to fans who have registered, with the rest of the seats going on sale to the general public from 0700 GMT on Friday. Tickets for the Jackson shows are already being sold on the online auction website eBay. Prices on the site range from £170 to £10,000, but tickets bought directly from the singer’s website or Ticketmaster cost up to £75.

Apparently, if Jackson is able to sell out all 50 dates at the O2 Arena he will have sold 1 million tickets! Insane!! David, the eager Michael Jackson fan that he is, managed to secure a couple of great seats for the two of us to see The Gloved One in September at the O2 Arena. Our concert date will be very close to his birthday so it looks like we’ll be going back to London to celebrate. I am seriously shocked that the demand for Michael Jackson is this high. I still am having a hard time believing that he will be able to pull off this amazing feat of 50 concert dates but … as long as he lasts long enough so that David can see him in concert, I’ll be cool. Crazy!! Just a few weeks ago, we were talking about Jacko as if he was down for the count … and now this? If he can truly pull off this coup d’etat then he will really be worthy of his self-proclaimed title as the King of Pop. Are any of y’all gonna get tickets to see the man in action?

Nine Inch Nails have added a bunch of European (and beyond) tour dates to their Summer tour schedule which means that the band is not planning to focus solely on the US in the coming months. Thus far this year, NIN has played shows in New Zealand and Australia. Next up, dates here in the US with Jane’s Addiction and Street Sweeper and then these European/Asian dates (then hopefully a return to the US to close out the tour?). Altho Trent Reznor has made it clear that these NIN dates will be the last (for a while), it appears that he is really planning on spreading the tour as far and as wide as he can so that no one feels left behind. I, personally, am very anxious to see the new 4-piece Nine Inch Nails in action. All this tour foreplay is exciting … and frustrating. I wanna just get down to biz already. I’m hoping we’ll know more (like when tickets go on sale) when the new NIN/JA Tour site NINJA2009.com launches next Friday.

California Attorney General Jerry Brown has indicted the late Anna Nicole Smith’s former lawyer and longtime partner Howard K. Stern, along with two of her former doctors, on charges that they illegally devised a plan to use fake names in order to obtain “thousands” of prescription pills for her before her death. Upon hearing of the indictments against them, Stern and one of the doctors voluntarily turned themselves in to police last night and were immediately arrested and booked on charges. Another doctor who is facing the same charges is reportedly expected to turn himself into police on Monday. Here is Stern’s mugshot:

Anna Nicole Smith’s longtime partner and attorney, Howard K. Stern, and a doctor were jailed Thursday on charges of conspiring to furnish drugs before her death in 2007, authorities said. Another doctor facing charges was expected to turn herself in Monday, authorities said. The doctors and Stern devised a plan to use fake names so that Smith could be prescribed “thousands of pills,” California Attorney General Jerry Brown said. “She was obviously addicted,” Brown said. “These doctors had a medical obligation to prescribe medicine in a professional way. Evidence will show this did not happen.” Smith, 39, was pronounced dead February 8 after being found unconscious in her hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino near Hollywood, Florida. The former Playboy playmate and reality TV star died from an accidental overdose of prescription drugs. At the time of her death, several prescription medications — both in Smith’s and Stern’s names — were found in the room. Officials said prescription and over-the-counter drugs were found in Smith’s system, including three antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs. Also found in toxicology testing was human growth hormone and chloral hydrate, a sleep medication, officials said. Stern, 40, and doctors Sandeep Kapoor, 40, and Khristine Eroshevich, 61, were each charged with eight felonies, including conspiring to furnish controlled substances, unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance and obtaining fraudulent prescriptions from June 2004 to January 2007 — only weeks before the playmate’s death. Kapoor and Eroshevich were each also charged with obtaining a prescription for opiates by “fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.” Each was also charged with one count of obtaining a prescription for opiates by giving a false name or address, according to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. Stern and Kapoor were arrested Thursday, Brown said. They were being held in lieu of a $20,000 bail. Eroshevich was to turn herself in Monday, Brown said. Smith was buried in the Bahamas on March 2 next to the grave of her son, Daniel, who died in September, days after the birth of her daughter, Dannielynn.

I have always contended that Howard K. Stern is a crook. From the first moment he weaseled his way into Anna Nicole’s life and basically took control of her affairs (when she was suing the family of her late husband, oil business executive and billionaire J. Howard Marshall for her share of his estate in the mid 90’s) I knew that he was a shady character. When it was reported that Anna Nicole Smith had overdosed on drugs (not long after her son fatally overdosed on drugs) resulting in her death, I had a feeling that something like this would eventually come to light. As you may recall, TMZ reported that a refrigerator full of liquid methadone and Slim Fast was found in the room where her dead body was discovered … and Howard K. Stern’s name was found on some of the prescription bottle labels — pretty damning evidence. None of this surprises me in the least. I think I’m most surprised that it took 2 years for these charges to be leveled against Stern and these crooked doctors. I am a stern believer in karma and I honestly believe it is time for Howard K. Stern to pay. May justice be served and may Stern get locked away for a very, very long time.
