Prince William & Kate Middleton Keep On Creepin’

Still together
Sunday, March 8th, 2009

While Prince Harry is reportedly trying to find a replacement for his ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy to share his royal bedchamber with, Prince William appears to still be very happy with his main lady Kate Middleton. Here are photos of Wills and Kate as they tried to secretly make their way out of a lunch date at Tom’s Kitchen in London this weekend:

Despite rumors that the royal couple were having problems, it would appear that things are still very much on track between these two. I am utterly convinced that Wills and Kate will one day be married. They’ve weathered so much together, I’d bet money that they’re in it for the long haul. They make a great couple, I’m just glad to see them pop up in one another’s company from time to time.

Michael Jackson Ventures Out In Public In London

Brings the kids along for the ride
Sunday, March 8th, 2009

Michael Jackson, who earlier this week announced a string of concert dates that will take place at London’s O2 Arena this Summer, ventured out in London this weekend to take his kids to a West End performance of Oliver!. Opting to leave his surgical mask and trademark pajamas at home for the outing, Jacko managed to attract a crowd of folks who were anxious to get as close to the self-proclaimed King of Pop as they could, behold:

It was just a trip to the theatre, until Michael Jackson turned up. The pop star, who is in London to launch his series of summer concerts, was mobbed by screaming fans as he took his two youngest children to see Oliver! at Drury Lane. The hysterical scenes began when he left his luxury hotel, The Lanesborough in Knightsbridge. Jackson appeared pleased by the warm reception, smiling and waving at fans. He signed autographs and shook hands before departing in a minibus. And when the flamboyantly dressed star arrived in the West End, the hysteria continued, with bemused audience members filming the crowd on their mobile phones. The youngest two of Jackson’s three children – seven-year-old Prince Michael II (known as Blanket) and 11-year-old Paris, hid their faces as they were escorted through the crowd. Paris wore an embroidered face mask, clutching the hand of her younger brother, who covered his head with a blanket. At the show, the three were joined by Jackson’s friend Mark Lester, who played Oliver in the original 1968 film. Jackson is expected to return to the U.S. this week. But he will be back in Britain in July for a series of ten performances at the O2 Arena. He has promised these dates will be his last ever in the UK, telling fans: ‘This is it.’

And the spectacle didn’t end there. After the show, the Jacksons returned to their hotel where MJ showed off his youngest son Prince Michael Jackson II a.k.a. Blanket from out his hotel window. After the jump, check out the new photo and watch video of that dangerous baby-dangling incident from 7 years ago …

On The Mend

The TV Guide
Sunday, March 8th, 2009

Yesterday was a pretty miserable day for me … I was basically on the brink of death and it was not fun. My entire body ached and I was burning up for most of the day … fortunately, my stomach was fine so I was pretty sure my illness wouldn’t last long. David was such a doll, he took care of my every need … hot tea, cold oj and fresh fruit — he kept me from wanting to end it all ;) Obvs, we were in no mood to go out last night so we rented Vicky Cristina Barcelona on On Demand and ordered in:

While I greatly enjoyed the film overall, I honestly did not see what all the fuss was about. Sure, Penélope Cruz was great in the film but I absolutely did not think her performance was Oscar-worthy. Considering the amazing work that Amy Adams did for Doubt, I just couldn’t see it. Scarlett Johansson was the worst part of the film, I’m actually surprised the actress who played Vicky, Rebecca Hall, didn’t get more attention … I much preferred her performance to Scarlett’s. But, as I said, I really liked the film overall … it was a nice reminder of the amazing time that David and I spent in Barcelona a couple of years ago. Fun movie, just a bit overhyped in my humble opinion.

After the movie, we watched a few eps of Sex and the City … then I downed a Nyquil shot and passed out. I could feel my fever breaking in the middle of the night and I awoke to 100% less aches. I’m not quite back to normal but I feel the worst has passed. I doubt we’ll be up for anything social today but we do need a bed … we may venture out in public after all.

Hot Dude Of The Week: Wyatt

Weekend Hotness
Sunday, March 8th, 2009

Where’s the beef? Here’s the beef … courtesy of our weekly visit from the Hot Dude of the Week :) Say hello to this week’s installment of Weekend Hotness … say hello to Wyatt:

Click HERE to see more pictures of Wyatt
Sometimes bigger is better … and while the lithe, lanky hawt dudes can serve their purpose from time to time, it doesn’t hurt to bring out a hunky beefy guy like Wyatt every once-in-a-while. The stocky, husky guys can sometimes appear like too much to handle but don’tcha think that, from time to time, it’s worth taking on a big project like this? Enjoy!!

Paris Hilton & Doug Reinhardt Bring The Smoochfest To Las Vegas

Their lurve is communicable
Sunday, March 8th, 2009

Earlier this week we saw just how amorous Paris Hilton and new flame Doug Reinhardt get when they start smoochin’ and today we get to see even more of that amorousness. For some strange reason, Paris continues to celebrate her 28th birthday and has been doing so all weekend long in Las Vegas, NV. Naturally, her new romantic interest tagged along for the ride. Here are photos of Paris and Doug carrying on together at Body English nightclub inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino celebrating her February 17th birthday last night:

Ugh … I mean … Yay! They seem so happy together and so … into one another. While unpleasant to watch, I am still very pleased that they’ve glommed on to one another. Again, I have no idea why Paris is still celebrating a birthday that is almost a month old now but if she’s happy about turning 28 and wants to celebrate it for weeks on end, who are we to complain? As long as she stays with Doug and they keep passing their germs back and forth to one another ad infinitum I think we can all rest easy and breathe a sigh of relief.

First Look: Kelly Clarkson, ‘I Do Not Hook Up’

The second single
Sunday, March 8th, 2009

Kelly Clarkson’s new album All I Ever Wanted won’t be released until Tuesday but she’s already ready to release her second single. As you may recall, the first single of All I Ever Wanted was My Life Would Suck Without You and it came with very colorful single artwork. Her second single is I Do Not Hook Up and features colorful artwork of its own:

I Do Not Hook Up was written by new American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi and Katy Perry and is, coincidentally, the second track on the album (after My Life Would Suck Without You). The song does have a bit of a Katy Perry feel to it … and honestly is not one of my fave tracks on the album. The disc is very strong and I think it will do well once released. It’s full of trademark Kelly Clarkson songs that are sure to chart well. No word on when a video for Hook Up might come our way but I suspect it won’t be long after the album hits stores this week. It’s great having Kelly back, she’s been sorely missed.
