Yesterday we got our first look at new Hollywood couple Rachel McAdams and Josh Lucas lookin’ all, well, coupley together on the streets of Toronto, Canada … and today we get to see a few more photos of the couple publicly displaying their affection for one another … behold:

Oh yeah, by the look of that dramatic embrace, you can tell that McLucas is ready for the world to know that they are so lurve. Not that I’m discounting the genuineness of their new romance but who embraces and kisses one another like this on a public street? In the first two photos, it looks as if Rachel was aware that they were being photographed … I’m guessing that they used the opportunity to let the cat out of the bag. They do look cute together … not as cute as Rachel looks with Ryan Gosling, mind you … but cute nonetheless. Long live McLucas! Unless, you know, McGosling decide to give things another go ;)

Clearly, things are heating up between Paris Hilton and her reported new love interest and minor character on MTV’s The Hills Doug Reinhardt … because Doug just bought her a $10,000 new Pomeranian puppy to add to her zoo of other pets. As you may recall, Paris and Doug reportedly hooked-up after Amanda Bynes dumped him — Doug accompanied Paris on her recent trip to Japan. While the lovebirds were on the other side of the planet, Life & Style magazine reports that Doug dropped some serious dough in order to purchase this new pup for his ladylove:

Paris Hilton’s hot new romance with Doug Reinhardt just got a little more serious. “Doug bought Paris a $10,000 teacup Pomeranian when they were in Japan recently,” reveals an insider. Paris and Doug traveled to Tokyo on Feb. 24 to promote Samantha Thavasa (Paris’ sister, Nicky Hilton, designs Samantha Thavasa New York). “We had a great time,” Paris told Life & Style outside an LA tanning salon after the trip. Doug doted on her too. “He went with her to all her appearances and shoots and would just stare at her adoringly,” says the insider. “He says she’s the hottest girl on the planet.” And Paris digs Doug. “She thinks he’s really funny and sweet,” says the insider. “When she ended her previous relationship with Benji [Madden], she promised herself she’d be single for a year. But she thinks Doug’s handsome, generous and fun to be with.” Benji was just too boring, says an insider. “He was so strict and controlling and never let her go out,” says the insider.

Er, I don’t really think that Paris really needs another pet to add to her menagerie (whatever happened to her Chiuahuas Tinkerbell and Bambi, btw?) but if you’re lookin’ to get into her good graces, buying animals for her is a pretty good strategy. I said it before, I’ll say it again … Paris and Doug were made for one another. Here’s hoping they stay happily attached FOREVER! I can’t think of a more fitting couple that totally deserve each other. Poor dog, tho. It’s cute.

More disturbing news coming out of the as-yet unresolved incident of alleged assault on Rihanna by her boyfriend Chris Brown to pass along today. RadarOnline.com has come upon a set of photos that appear to show blood droplets inside the rented Lamborghini that Chris Brown rented and he and Rihanna were seen in together on night of her reported assault. As you may recall, Rihanna and Chris were last seen in his rented Lamborghini just hours before their incident occurred. The car was subsequently dusted for fingerprints and impounded. Today, according to Radar, we see photos from inside the car that reportedly shows drops of Rihanna’s blood stained on the car’s interior:

Rihanna’s blood was found in Chris Brown’s car after their brutal fight, and RadarOnline.com has obtained exclusive photos of the car’s interior. The must-see photos of Brown’s leased Lamborghini were taken after police had collected evidence from the crime scene. They show Rihanna’s blood near the handbrake, a shocking sight that more than hints at how violent the struggle was. In RadarOnline.com’s exclusive photo gallery you can see broken plastic most likely snapped off the car during the struggle, blood smears, and fingerprints on the center console indicating that Rihanna resisted being pulled toward the driver’s side.

Ugh … just the thought that blood had to spill makes this horribly sad incident seem even worse. While we still do not know what transpired at the time of this incident, it’s clear by these photos that someone’s blood was left inside the rented Lamborghini. Judging by the horrific nature of the injuries that Rihanna suffered, it’s not too difficult to believe that the blood spilled was hers :( Radar provides a full gallery of the inside of Chris’s rented car. Yesterday we learned that Michael Jackson had signed a deal to perform a string of concert dates — yes, live concert performances — at the O2 Arena in London, England this summer and would be on hand when the formal residency announcement is made at the venue this coming Thursday. Today, we get to see the first photo of Jacko making his arrival in the UK, his first visit since 2006, ahead of his reported appearance at the press conference to take place tomorrow:

SUPERSTAR MICHAEL JACKSON arrives in Britain yesterday to announce plans for his £150million comeback. The king of pop flew in secretly on a private jet from Los Angeles with his children. It was his first trip to the UK since 2006 and a dozen security guards tried to shield him from public view as he stepped off the plane. A white limo then whisked him from Luton airport to a hotel in Knightsbridge, London, with youngsters Prince Michael, ten, Paris, nine, and Prince Michael II, five. Jacko, 50, who is being treated for an MRSA-type infection, is expected to confirm tomorrow that he will perform 30 concerts at London’s O2 Arena over the summer. A new album may also be announced. The singer is expected to pick up around £5million from each show which Jacko hopes will help him to clear astronomical debts.

Well, hot damn … it’s really happening. As I mentioned yesterday, I’m very curious to see if Jacko is up to the task of putting on this string of performances in front of, what will undoubtedly be, a packed arena full of anxious fans. I really hope he is capable of pulling off these shows … as much as I’m not a bona fide Michael Jackson fan, I’d hate to see him embarrass himself on such a public stage, with pretty much the whole world watching. As you can kinda see in the photo above, Jacko is still very much covering up his face. Considering what might be hiding underneath that face mask, it’s prolly a good idea that he continues to do so. That said, I can’t wait to see what he looks like at tomorrow’s press conference. The mask is gonna have to come off … I think at that point, we’ll see what may be in store for folks who want to come out and see him perform at the O2 Arena this Summer. Honestly, I’m afraid, y’all. What do y’all think … is he up for the task?

Trent Reznor and the boys of Nine Inch Nails have returned home to the States after completing their short tour of New Zealand and Australia which took place over the last few weeks and are already planning their concert tour outing with Jane’s Addiction which will take place here in the US later on this Spring/Summer. TR updated the official Nine Inch Nails website with a batch of SOME concert dates (which, incidentally, do not match up with the leaked dates we got last week … so those dates must be wrong) which I present to y’all here:

The implication to me is that this is just the first set of dates that have been finalized and can be officially announced. I suspect that more dates will be added to this list. I’m happy to see that the LA area dates as well as the Detroit area dates are included in this first round of announced dates. I deffo plan to see the guys here in LA (the Irvine, CA show) and may even fly home to see them in Detroit (the Clarkston, MI show). While I am very excited that NIN will be back on stage so soon after the end of their last tour, I’m starting to get more bummed that this tour will be the last NIN tour for some time (or ever!). BUT, we should focus on the positive and look forward to these new dates. I am very, very excited. NIN and Jane’s Addiction … I cannot wait!

Well … she did it. Britney Spears successfully performed the opening night show of her new tour The Circus starring Britney Spears in front of a sold out house at the New Orleans Area in New Orleans, LA last night. I did my best to stay away from as many spoilers from the show as I could so as not to ruin the experience for me weeks before I get to see her on stage for myself … and there were a lot of spoilers flying around as the show took place last night.
