Jennifer Aniston is featured on the cover and in the pages of the April issue of British Elle magazine which, the magazine contends, is her first UK interview in over 2 years. Of course British Elle magazine asks her the expected questions about her ex-husband Brad Pitt but, unsurprisingly, she offers no new information to the magazine … in fact, she flat out refuses to offer any information at all … at least on the Brad Pitt front. That might be fine one day, but not right now.” And right now she playing the lead opposite Owen Wilson in Marley and Me, a film that has already proved a smash hit in the U.S. Though romantic comedies are her bread and butter Jennifer tells ELLE she’s love to get more physical in a film, “I get offered funny, quirky, pretty roles,” she says, with a slight roll of the eyes. “I’d love to do an action movie. James Bond! Glamour! Daniel Craig! Shit-loads of fun!” With her bikini body, surely its only a matter of time.

Hahahaha! I love how disinterested she looks on the cover … you can really tell that she wanted to do this interview. I mean, I guess I don’t blame her for clamming up about her ex-husband. It must be terribly frustrating to constantly be tied to your ex-husband and his new family. At least she could pretend that she cares tho. I guess what I don’t understand is how a person can continue to court the public’s favor in order to promote a new project but in the process of the promoting look as if you’d rather be somewhere else … or, even worse, get pissed off when public actually pays attention to your every move. Celebs can be so funny sometimes. In any event, this issue of Elle magazine goes on sale in the UK on Wednesday. Interested Brits lookin’ to read more pearls of wisdom from Ms. Aniston might want to take note. I, for one, think I’ve heard enough.

I’m SO dying … I love that Britney has teamed up with a fun company like Candie’s. They always have really great advertising, I can’t wait to see what Britney‘s new Candie’s ads will look like. The preview video is just … Wow! In a few short seconds, it gives you a pretty good feel for what’s to come in her new tour. The video is MUST SEE — that is, unless you don’t want to have any part of the upcoming tour spoiled for you. Additionally, Britney‘s official site has published the full set list for the tour. And another celeb couple bites the dust … Star magazine is reporting that the fairytale romance betwixt The Hills star Brody Jenner and his Playboy Playmate centerfold paramour Jayde Nicole has come to an end. According to the mag, Jayde had to be carried out unconscious after a long night of partying one time too many for Brody‘s liking … they are dunzo, y’all:

The source adds that Brody’s ex, Lauren Conrad is already playing matchmaker for the hunk, saying: “Lauren was happy with the split because she never liked Jayde and told Brody she will find him a new girlfriend.” Brody and Jayde first stepped out together at the MTV Video Music Awards in September. Just last month they cohosted a Valentine’s Day bash at the Highlands in Hollywood.

If a love like this cannot withstand the test of time then surely there is no hope for the rest of us … right? ;) Honestly, I gotta say that I’m not all that shocked at this news … whether this reported break-up is true or not, a couple like this is never meant to last for long. I’m sure Brody has a long list of willing ladies lined up to step in and take Jayde‘s place … I’m also sure that Jayde will have no problem finding a nice guy to show her some romantic attention. It IS interesting that Brody is single again now that filming on the 5th and final season of The Hills is underway … might there be a chance for a fictional reunion between Brody and Lauren LC Conrad? HMMMMMM.

Vicki B. pushed back her hair with a stylish headband, stuffed her feet into a pair of horribly uncomfortable-looking shoes and took her three sons to Universal Studios Citywalk here in Hollywood, CA for a fun afternoon of flying at the iFly free falling simulator … here are a few pics:

While the free falling looks like an awful lot of fun, those severely angled shoes (which prolly cost a small fortune) look like an awful lot of pain. Yesterday was a quite yet productive day. David and I are really close to having our last room of mess put away and cleared out so that we can FINALLY get our bed. We did manage to get out of the house last night after we got a last minute invite to join Darion, his father Tim and friends Jeff and Jenn for dinner at a Moroccan restaurant on Sunset Blvd. called Dar Magreb. The place was beautifully decorated and the food was served in traditional style, big plates to share and eating with one’s hands. Normally, I’m not a fan of eating with my hands but, when in Rome … the place also had a belly dancer to provide entertainment. Here are a few photos from last night’s fun:

Darion’s father flew down from Oregon to help him move into his new apt. and dinner last night was a thank you for his help and hard work. We had a great time … Jeff and Jenn are a really fun couple and we were very happy to be included. Unfortch, David opted out of the belly dancing fun but I shimmied and shaked on his behalf. These hips don’t lie :)

No big plans for today, I might meet up with Tony for a quick bite to eat since we made tentative plans to hang out last week. I’m really resolved to get our final room unpacked, put away and cleared out. I’m hoping there’ll be time to take care of some of that today. I realize it’s cold and snowy in some parts of the US, my heart goes out to all y’all. It’s a nice warm day here today, tho it’s been cloudy all day long. Wherever you are in the world, I hope today is a great one for you :)

Over the weekend we shockingly learned that Rihanna had decided to reunite with her alleged attacker and boyfriend Chris Brown in Miami, FL where the couple were reportedly working on a reconciliation at one of P. Diddy‘s luxury homes. We also saw a couple of photos of Chris Brown whooping it up on a jet ski lookin’ like he was having the time of his life. Today we learn that Rihanna and Chris have ended their vacay together as Chris was spotted making his arrival back in LA last night without Rihanna … but before he made his way to SoCal, he spent another relaxing day of sun, surf and play:

Chris Brown’s reconciliation weekend with Rihanna in Miami has come to an end. The troubled 19-year-old singer was photographed arriving on a private jet in Los Angeles. Rihanna, 21, was not visible in the shots. As Usmagazine.com reported on Friday, Brown and Rihanna – whom he allegedly assaulted Feb. 8 in Los Angeles – have gotten back together. They were staying at a house owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs on Star Island near Miami, Fla. Though Rihanna wasn’t photographed, Brown was spotted over the weekend, smiling, riding a jet ski and flexing his arm muscles. Despite reports, he did not party with Khloe Kardashian and Reggie Bush Saturday night at the Gansevoort South Hotel. Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty, told Us he supported his daughter’s decision to get back together with Brown. “I love my daughter with whatever road she takes. I’m behind her win or lose,” he told Us. “I will be supportive.”

See … now, I know that the kid is only 19 years old and all of that but the sight of the lad, who stands accused of physically assaulting his girlfriend (which still hasn’t been proven, I should add), playing with is friends on vacation while many of us are still reeling from the sight of Rihanna‘s battered face is really unsettling. Even tho we do not know what happened between the two of them, we do know that Chris acknowledges wrong-doing on his part and has vowed to seek help for his problem (whatever it may be) … we learned this from the statement that HE RELEASED via his publicist. It sorta feels disingenuous to me to hear him say that he is remorseful and then very soon after look as if he doesn’t have a care in the world. I only hope that he is serious about getting help because quick forgiveness coupled with an all-expenses paid vacation in Miami doesn’t sound like the way for a troubled young man to learn his lesson. We may never know what really happened that night … I guess, at this point, we can only hope that Rihanna and Chris Brown can move forward in a positive manner (whatever that may be). I do hope that the LA prosecutor’s office moves forward with their investigation and case. While Rihanna may be ready to forgive, I don’t think the State should be forgiving at all on her behalf. If a crime was committed, it should be punished.

Things got a little steamy for The Simpsons matriarch Marge Simpson on last night’s episode of the series when she was seen enjoying a very passionate same-sex kiss with one of her female friends (the recurring character named Lindsay Neagle or “The Generic Female TV Executive”). It turns out that the Sapphic smooch was nothing more than the work of husband Homer Simpson‘s over-active (and extremely hilarious) imagination:

The blue-bouffanted matriach, voiced by Julie Kavner, plants a smacker on her attractive pal in the living room of her family home in Springfield while husband Homer looks on. The lardy mid-lifer had been panicking about the disasters that could befall his family after his insurance expires but soon started day-dreaming about his wife locking lips with another woman. The episode – How The Test Was Won – aired in America last night … The show has been broaching lesbianism more over the last few years and revealed in 2005 that Marge’s disapproving older sister Patty was a closet lesbian, who consequently gets engaged to a female golf player Veronica.

After a quick pit stop in her hometown of Kentwood, LA at the start of the weekend, Britney Spears and her children Sean Preston and Jayden James (with touring entourage in tow) made their way to New Orleans for the final dress rehearsals for her first concert tour in 5 years, The Circus starring Britney Spears. A lot is riding on this new tour … a lot has happened in the past 5 years since Britney Spears was a touring live act. So many of her fans are eager to see her up on the stage again … but, so too are her detractors waiting for her to fall. Here are a few photos of our dear Britney, her sons and her father/conservator Jamie Spears as they rolled into town in their massive tour bus yesterday:

The elaborate costumes are packed. The 16 semis filled with magic props and big-top sets are on the road. When Britney Spears takes the stage at the New Orleans Arena on March 3 – the opening night of her Circus tour – the stakes will never be higher. After more than two years of personal drama, the tour will either make or break the professional comeback she began last fall. According to sources, Spears, 27, who left Friday for Louisiana, has been hard at work preparing for the show, which will feature her signature sexy dance moves, a stage filled with three circus rings, and magic tricks. “She’s pretty determined,” a friend tells PEOPLE. “She missed singing and performing and the freedom of that. It gives her an escape and it’s what she loves to do, so she’s definitely thankful to be doing that again.” Though the pop star seemed to be back in old Britney form when she sang “Womanizer” on Good Morning America in December, the concert will be her biggest performance since her disastrous, out-of-shape appearance at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards. “I’ve got to believe she’s ready and will do a professional show,” Gary Bongiovanni, editor-in-chief of the concert trade magazine Pollstar, says. “If she doesn’t, it’s over.” Spears’s last tour, in 2004, was canceled after the singer injured her knee during a video shoot. (She spent her newfound free time with then-boyfriend Kevin Federline; they were engaged that summer.) So far, the buzz for the upcoming 31-city outing is strong. “In general, the tickets have sold very well. Some shows are already sold out,” Bongiovanni says. “Obviously, it means there is significant fan interest in seeing her do her live show. That fact that she’s been off the scene for a while helps with the pent-up demand” …The pop star’s friend worries the tour may be too much for the singer to handle, but notes that “it’s what her team thought was best.” What will make the trip easier is that Federline is taking the couple’s kids on the road so they can keep up their regular visitation schedule with Mom. “Having the boys with her is going to make all the difference,” says a source. “They are the reason she can do this.”

Man, I can’t believe her tour kicks off tomorrow night. We are just hours away from hearing our first reports about this new tour. I’m so torn … I’m dying to see pics but I don’t want to be spoiled. I suspect I’ll take a peek at the professional photos that are taken during the first few songs but I’ll save the rest for when I see the show live myself. I also having a sneaking suspicion that I’ll read a lot of reviews that will most definitely spoil some of the surprises … I can’t help it. Any spoilery info that I post will be marked as such and will be hidden from those of you who wish to remain unspoiled.

I was fortunate enough to see her last tour, The Onyx Hotel Tour (along with her previous Dream Within A Dream, Oops! I Did It Again and (U Drive Me) Crazy tours), live in Detroit, MI before she suffered the fateful knee injury that prematurely ended the tour … and changed her life forever. To be honest, it seems longer than 5 years ago … but it was the very same year that Pink is the new Blog launched. So much has happened since 2004. I am SO pulling for her tour to be a huge success. I’m also trying to keep my expectations from flying into the stratosphere … I think it’s wise to just go in with an open mind and prepare to be wowed. She can deffo do it … I know she can.
