Robert Pattinson & Co. Hit The Streets Of London
Rollin' with his homies

Filming on the set of the Twilight sequel New Moon has not started yet (apparently) and as a result, principle male star Robert Pattinson has been free to hang out with his friends in Londontown. Here are a few photos of R. Pattz and some of his friends as they roamed the London streets of SoHo last night:

It looks like he has gotten used to having the paparazzi follow his every move (the same cannot be said for his friends who did everything they could to avoid being photographed). I understand that Rob and co. spent some of their evening at The Groucho Club and then spilled out into the streets and into a convenience store to pick up snacks afterward … nothing too scandalous. I hope that Rob is enjoying his time off in London because, I hear, he’ll be needed on the set of New Moon shortly. It remains to be seen how faithful the new movie will be to the book it is based on, and that will determine how much of Rob is needed on the set of the film. My money says that the story will be amended in such a way that Robert as Edward Cullen gets more storytime than he does in the book. I guess we’ll all find out when New Moon hits theaters in November. In the meantime, party on Rob. Enjoy it while you can.

I’ll put my money with you Trent. Although it’ll annoy me if they do :)

Oh R.Pattz how I’ve missed your gorgeous face <3

I hope they don’t change the story too much. As much as the fangirl inside of me would love to see more of R.Pattz as Edward in New Moon, i really hope they keep to the story. Edward being away is all part of the feel and emotion of New Moon, and I’m so interested in seeing how they portray this. Especially the part of the book where it has nothing on four pages except for the months.

why do celeb friends insist on hiding their faces… it’s not like the paps give a shiz about them

Ill definitely hate hate hate the film just being changed to please the fangirls, but i’m pretty positive it’ll happen. Although, it does make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside that the Pattz is closer to me in Londontown than Hollywoodland by a few thousand miles…

15:01, Robert. That is all I can say!

I feel like they’ll do a lot of Bella “seeing” him as a way to incorporate more time for him. So instead of just hearing his voice, she’ll see his face in a crowd briefly, or wake up and think he is in her bedroom again. it just visualizes her suffering and brings him in more without actually altering the plot…though I’m sure some of that will be done too.

    Blech…I hate the eyebrows.

    I love him!

Trent you forgot the “s” in news in your source link!

  9. Melissa says:

@Roxster- that’s actually a good idea… with the seeing him instead of just hearing him. Not because it gives more R.Pattz, but like you said will visualize her suffering more… I like it!

I used to think he was good-looking, but meh… not anymore. It must have been the hair. On second thought, yeah, I think I’m attaracted to guys with great hair. Like Josh Brolin or Benicio del Torro. Guys with a great head of hair but otherwise smooth bodies.

Ugh, that is the one thing that annoys me about his demand. New Moon is my favorite of the books and it’s gonna be all kinds of f’ed up if they alter the story to throw him in there. Part of what made it good for me was the constant anticipation of his return.
