But now the movie was a tired effort that made no effort to explain the movie rules- why is Jason not killing any of the old folk but he feels free to kills police members, college kids, and pot smokers? And if he's a kid in 1980 then he's at least 40 years old so then why cant any of those college kids outrun him?
