Don’t get me wrong, I was a HUGE fan of Green Day’s early stuff… pretty much everything before American Idiot. Even American Idiot had it’s moments… but dear god was it overplayed and overkilled. I don’t think I can handle another Green Day song being overplayed again and again… i may just implode.

in some places, a person trained in higher level martial arts is considered a deadly weapon. so, say if CB trained lots in judo and then punched her, that’s assault with a deadly weapon.
You are right Jamie-o.. A body part is considered a deadly weapon dependent on how it’s used. Poor girl… :(
thanks for mentioning the bushfires in australia. its the worst natural disaster we have seen. can you believe that when one fire was put out, arsonists lit another…it just makes me so angry.

Thank you so much for mentioning the bushfires. I know several people who have lost all of their worldy possessions in this horrible act of arson/nature. It is so upsetting. But it really makes me proud to be Australian when the whole country comes together to do what we can for the poor people who have been affected.
it really amazes me that as of 10 am melbourne time the australian public (not the government or companies) have raised 15 million dollars…it makes me proud to be an aussie
