She's just a teenager doing what teenagers do. Teens always want to appear to be older and think they can take on adult responsibilities and actions. I'm sure she's not the first sixteen (then fifteen)-year old girl who has taken scandalous pics of herself. Regardless.... it looks like Justin is going for the look he wore for his Prince Charming/Romeo role in Taylor Swift's "Love Story" video.
