Congratulations are in order for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden! According to a new post, written by Joel, published on his blog at GoodCharlotte.com, Nicole is pregs once again with the couple’s second child! Here is a cute family photo, with their first daughter Harlow Winter, that accompanied the news along with the full text of Joel‘s announcement:

OMG! I am so happy and thrilled for them!! They must be over the moon with excited happiness. I think everyone is well aware that Nic/Joel make the CUTEST babies and I cannot wait to see their next little darling make his or her debut. My gut tells me that the couple are going to have another girl … not sure why, just a feeling. Let’s send all our love and congrats to Nicole, Harlow and Joel today and wish them much happiness with baby #2. Congrats!!!
